Much quieter night over TA as the focus and media circus heads south and east to the west bank. The place where I started the week at Ashdod has seen some disturbance and a few missiles reached the ground.
I have seen action mainly in Africa as a soldier and the antics of the press should not surprise me but they are really pathetic the way they look for the worst images to portray a sad situation. There are pockets of darkness and misery in Israel and definitely in Gaza but 99% is normality and calm. The BBC are by far the worst offenders, they treat this place like a low budget drama.
I had no doubt that for Ethernity life is going on "full steam ahead towards our goals" as David Levi said yesterday.
The story for us shareholders really is that this is a share price disruption that won't last long. As we know in a rising trend into near term game changer earnings a disruption is a full blown opportunity.
Short term risk is higher, and mid to long lower as the entry price is lower. There may be some volatility in the short term but ultimately the price will trend back to the line which is currently 56 on the bottom and 65 on the top.
Extraordinary events can be safely written out although recovery may take a week or two longer.
Lots of wrong assumptions in the light reading piece. This bit is quite right
"After begging authorities for money, Deutsche Telekom, Orange, Telefónica, Telecom Italia (whose friends call it TIM) and Vodafone are presenting their equipment makers and software companies with a checklist of requirements. It is a technical job spec for open RAN"
He then goes on to suggest being open is using two monolithic providers together.
It will absolutely be the case that some will bin their 2 year old systems. They will when they can't scale them to the needs, can't move and relocate, can't set up temporary capacity on a fixed network.
OpenRAN is coming, one way or another in will be the only solution.
Today I bought more at 43p.
Time will tell
Good luck and have. nice weekend
Quite an informative article but I've seen this guy say negative stuff about open ran before -
https://www.lightreading.com/open-ran/open-ran-will-struggle-to-fit-in-despite-euro-telco-demands/a/d-id/769509
Delayed trade paying 46p. I think as the immediate threat recedes and the news cycle moves on to other things this will return from whence it came and higher
b - yes - double damn!
:o)
I almost wrote 'dam' for the hell of it. I'll save that for Monday when the 'dam' should break.
Not to mention hovering.. :)
lose -> loose
damn the no editing!
TL - yes their cupboards are bare.
Upwards from here.
I tried to buy later in the day but they shut me out - I could sell loads at 44p.
Sticky club hovering up the lose shares - business as usual and a decent RNS would really make things interesting - must be one due soon.
Around 240k buys and a handful of sells. Today will have gone a way to remove supply from the market.
A bright end to a miserable week.
Naughty delaying the bed and ISA.
Will finish plus 5-6% today on a few more buys. Bases are loaded and the MMs have nothing left.
They begrudgingly sold me 5k shares at 44
44.5 now to buy even 3000 shares.
Afternoon,
I don't post much because I don't have anything to add, but Marcal plus stop clogging up the forum its starting to grind (Before you ask I have tried to filter you but it's not working)
Nothing personal FYI.
11-14000 shares left before the price jumps.
Mark R messaged to say that they appreciate the shareholder concern and best wishes.
Supersonic in South Africa report rapid progress a their intention to rapidly deploy across the Country (South Africa).
I am hearing about state wide deployments in the US funded by the recent awarded funds from Central Government.
In Australia Horizon are working on their first ISP engagements.
Air Fibre means that small independents can enter the business with low initial investment.
Sergi, day to day is noise. With your wider market and product knowledge you are aware of the opportunity.
What we mustn't forget is that with a c 25m share price, or even if it rises to 100m in market terms ENET really is a s####y little company - although one we have a large financial interest in its success.
Buys outweigh sells by 5:1 so far today.
IG still offering small volume at 42.5 despite the weight of buys increasing.
2021, a pivotal year for enet is the best name you could have used!
there is no need to post every day a new thread with an stupid subject... sorry but it is how it is
Buys going through at 42.5p now.
I like the thought of DL ‘chipper’ , as well he might be, giving that he said this just over a week ago. I know, seems longer.
Ethernity CEO David Levi said: "Our continued growth in engagements and outreach is extremely encouraging along with the continued increase in recognition of our offerings by the market leaders. Our unique and innovative solutions are now starting to penetrate into the major market players who have seen the need for our technology. I remain extremely encouraged by the progress and while there remains an immense amount of hard work ahead, I can finally see the vision starting to become a market reality. The support from our shareholders and founders has underscored our confidence in the Company and positioned our resources to deliver our offerings."
Currently can sell 33,000 @ 41.375
buy 35,000 @ 42.35p.
Added 25,000 @ 42.35p.
As is often the case, L2 only gives part of the picture
The MM @ 42.35p is Winterfloods, on 45p on L2 with shore cap and Peels on 44p
Just to add this is entirely normal.
I will add, we as a board are lucky to have someone on the ground like TL, to reassure everything is as good as can be expected, and full steam ahead.
Most chat boards would be left in the dark guessing.
Thanks TL, much appreciated.
Off out to Stratford Upon Avon now, the home of Shakespeare, but I’d prefer the beach!
