It's been a ride for sure. Buying at low 20's took some balls but like others I couldn't believe that we had the opportunity. It has been a lonely place with just a handful of us here however I think that we all saw what was really going on in those dark days.
The situation with a developing market with ultimately unknown direction has risks. However we can now be sure that Ethernity will play a significant part in the story. As a consequence the share price has doubled. That's a crazy outcome from a situation that never should have been possible.
Now we just wait for some new money and interest and I suspect that buying will be met with very limited selling. Ultimately this share price will rise.
Here here alcopo! Couldnt have said it better myself!
Like others this is the last tango on Aim for me too
Well over a year ago I went digging amongst the list of Aim companies with the tiniest market caps, and happened across a few of interest that warranted further research. Ethernity ticked all my boxes, particularly that of director skin in the game and proven track record of building up and selling multi million dollar tech businesses. Additionally it was funded, at the forefront of an exciting new tech frontier, had existing customers and hence a steady revenue stream, and was at an all time low share price. Add to that the refreshing lack of any bulletin board hype or even much discussion at all (this was pretty much the only active board I could find back then) and I was hooked and waded in. I just sit here quietly now awaiting news / results and checking in on this BB daily.
I have to take my hat off and say a personal thank you to Tracylied who has at times single handedly kept the home fires burning here. TL your research with respect to Ethernity is second to none and has helped a lot of us long term holders to keep the faith in quiet times (common in this share!) and the occasional share price falls.
I really hope this company is a resounding success and rewards our faith by making all holders old and new a handsome packet.
If (when) it does it would be great to meet up with some of you and share stories. Let's hope we get to a point where that is up for discussion.
Until then good luck to all aboard the good ship Ethernity!
If the company can turn cash flow positive
this year there should be no concerns about solvency given the cash in bank.
I feel this is a medium term investment in a new exciting market but if signs appear of progress the share price could rocket given the tight liquidity and small free float.
Best to all
same for me 01234 last punt on AIM for me, got burnt big time with a fintech share called Monetise. Was meant to be the next big thingbut then nearly went bust and sold for a quarter of what I bought in at.
Also my biggest holding and , apart from one other share now my final flutter with the game of aim. I have unfortunately been burnt Too many times!! Seems like an insane amount of potential here but nothing in life is certain So I’m trying to remain calm lol. Big up the ENET
I have another 96k that I have control of for friends and rellies. I guess between posters here we hold a couple of %.
I have 240K shares, same story for me, all in, my main holding easily, either going to be a prince or a pauper on this one!
I have a smaller interest about 138k at the moment but expect that to amount to a million or so in due course.
Things can go wrong but with the sector on the verge of a boom even a poorly performing participant will be e sucked up with the others.
I see this a a mid term punt and a long term investment. I forsee dividends and a increasing share price.
Maybe a foretaste of what will happen the share price if the company
delivers this year.
A fine line between a prince or a pauper----I await my fate with hope.
Wow .. was wondering if that was you again dallo. You've moved the market single handedly here!
Had to pay 49p for another 100,000
I am fully invested now for better or worse
Good informative postings which I appreciate.
Because of the confidential nature of negotiations with major
OEMs the company has to be very careful with announcements
but hopefully, we will hear some news soon.
Going for some more and then I will sit and await developments.
I suspect that you're right TL with regards to David's Proactive interview and the company becoming cash flow positive in the second half of this year and also mass deployment in the some period, but a short note to reinforce those views might bring new money in. Information is king!
I think no trading update is good news. They have made words about the timing of positive cash flows so no update suggests that all is on track. They said late 2020 for deployment so decisions will be very near term. I believe that we will see a lot of third party use of technology and patents.
I am inclined to agree with you about edge facilitators although whether the investments will be near or very near term is a point for debate (and, of course, interpretation of 'near'!). I see from the website that the recruitment drive is still on and there doesn't appear to be any mention of redundancies, so I guess things are going in the right direction. I do confess that I thought we may have a trading update at some point this month but blind faith will have to remain my fall back position lol! GLA.
I believe that we will see some chunky investments in Ethernity in the very near future. Edge facilitatorsr will be the next gold rush in my opinion.
