Dallo.
I didn't take advantage of the warrants at 12p as I felt there was still a lot of risk which I didn't really understand, but got the wheelbarrow out for the 35p warrants as this has really firmed up - should get to a c 1.3% holding after the warrants so not up to your levels.
As I've said before I have a further 3 year horizon here so ignore the day to day and 5g discussion. I have some divis so will follow your lead tomorrow.
After ENET do get the rnss out, I really hope they explain the context from a customer perspective. Agree with yourself on deals, would love to do the FP&A role in ENET with an xls of more deals being layered contracting more customers and products, and the growth expectation of each deal.across
Would be nice having a pre Xmas rns though, should move my per bottle price point on the majestic order up a few quid.

I agree but the contracts that Ethernity are currently negotiating are much larger and more complex involving millions of $ while the previous licensing deals were relatively simple to execute.
I have no doubt that there are a number of major contracts under negotiation at the moment and David referred obliquely to one such contract at the EGM.
I think like the proverbial buses ,announcements of deals will arrive in numbers over the coming months.
I get the feeling that this driven management team finally see the light at the of the tunnel and are about to reap the rewards.
It has been a long time coming and now is their time.
That is why I am still a buyer and firm supporter but like life nothing is certain so we should always be careful...nobody knows or wants to know the future but that is why we invest....risk v reward appears excellent here but DYOR

With news being slower than I imagined, I think sergis 21 outlook looking more accurate than tls.
Medium / long term story looks as strong as ever.
He's around, he's still active on Twitter and I'm sure he'll be back with an update soon enough. He's a numbers man and we've not had that much in the way of numbers recently!
Hi 01234
Sergi said he was taking a break from the board, around about the time ‘everyone’ was jumping over-board.
Well I got the email too uhlf so hopefully that’ll cover it! Btw just realised where did Sergi get to? Hope no trouble in paradise !! Atb
Difficult to say unless they tell us a little more.
Could be lease run out on the old one, or new one has more room, who knows. So long as they don’t RNS that!!!
What do we think about the change of offices ? Any significance in that ie more room or closer to potential partners? Atb
Escape
Fully agree
News will come if it relevant and ready for market publication via RNS.
However it would be great if we got some positive newsflow before Christmas to give more clarity to the company's prospects for 2022.
If not I am not too concerned as I know management is working flat out at the moment .

60 , 70, 80 p on the horizon, news soon , ok next week …, then again and again and next week prediction. NO News.
Realitiy, Enet is a steady tight ship, and news will come when it will come.
yes, if the warrants can be exercised, agreed.
If not, surely a raising on the cards next year.
snap bid!
Looks like the usual ENET ‘own goal’ at work again. Just a tad more encouragement at the EGM May have been helpful. I assume they will do a TU at some point, but , as we know, these guys are a law unto themselves and will go their own sweet way.
Mind you, the c £8m in warrant money should be a big enough carrot for them to ensure they get the correct message and newsflow out.
@ Escape .. have you forgotten that they have warrant money once the SP reaches 80p for 5 days (or even sooner depending on the holders)? Another few million in the bank when they exercise, there will be no requirement for a raise in 2022 imo.
Shame we're 4th on the duffers board today though, let's get back to the winners side please!
ETH
I see no reason why , with the correct news and presentation, that the sp can’t be over 80p and close to £8m raised from the warrants within the next 6 months, so absolutely no need for a further raise. The warrants prevent further dilution, beyond what is already agreed.
imo

I do not expect 5G IF to be ‘dumping shares’. They have never done that in the last 15 months and there is no reason for them to start now. They will continue to abide by the orderly market rules. They will sell into and as liquidity allows, which is generally when the sp is rising. So you are unlikely to see sells today, imo.
5G IF have not changed their spots. As MR says, they’ve been a supportive and flexible funder. I’m sure MR continues to have a good relationship with them. 5G ‘s work is now down here, but they will exit in the correct and agreed manner, I’m absolutely sure of that. There will be no ‘dumping’.
imo
Focus seemingly on 2023, another raise in 2022?
News will come ok, but likely concommitant with raising.
Uhlf
Well if 5G start dumping shares with the SP down 10% today on 200k volume and no buyers then we are in trouble.
Let's wait and see.
The SP really needs some positive news soon.
“ At the finish line”
Hi dallo
Thank you for the confirmation of what I said yesterday re MR adjusting major shareholders holdings on the web site.
I note you expect 5G to notify if there are any changes, whether those changes are TR1 notifiable or not. That would be useful, I am certain they have already sold further post declaration, so be interesting to see if the web site reflects that in the next week or so. If not, I will take it that 5G continues not to adopt ‘best practice’, as is their right and the next time we will hear from them it will be a TR1 sub 5% declaration.
Obviously everyone can make their own mind up, but 5G IF have never in the slightest shown or indicated by their actions that they are a long term holder. That is not their purpose or aim. I see absolutely no reason why that would change.
On my calculations they have c 4.8m to go. Pity one of ENET’s brokers can’t find a home for them.
By the way Mark has restated that he can only adjust shareholders holdings either following a receipt of a TR1 Form or notification directly from the shareholders of changes outside reporting limits.
Only then can the company amend its website section on major shareholders.
For clarification the company only amended Miton's increased shareholding following the placing after it received notification.
If 5G do not want to disclose changes whether reaching notifiable limits or selling large amounts there is nothing the company can do..simple as that.
Myself and Miton have notified the company of changes in our holdings recently and it has amended its website accordingly.
I expect 5G to do the same if there are any changes.
We shall see.
Thanks to all of you who attended the EGM and are posting your thoughts, it makes for some good discussion :)
Nothing to say specifically about the ENET situation, but I have been a shareholder in other companies where large shareholders failed to disclose dropping below notifiable limits (and not reported until many many months later), and other times when a company would drop from, for example, 5% to 3%, and fail to notify at 4% because they claimed it was all part of one large combined sale.
So, if there is some skepticism over 5G's motives, then maybe it's because we have been duped before. Prepare for the worst but hope for the best!
Good luck alth!
Should pay for the Christmas crackers

Hi dallo
Probably batted this one around enough.
Re ‘good practice’, I’m reminded that you told us you were advised to declare at over 3% as ‘best practice’. As we know, 5G IF have not adopted best practice, choosing to declare when they were over 5%.
I struggle to see why they would know adopt ‘best practice’ and inform every time they sold (or bought) when not being required to do so.
Imo, if they sell it’s not a vote of no confidence. That fundamentally ignores what the fund was set up to do. It was not to be a lth like you and other major shareholders.
It was to provide funds to ENET in their hour of need.
Job now done. They’ve shown no inclination to hold any shares beyond what is necessary to enable an orderly market disposal.
Quite why you think that will change now they have declared is beyond me. All the same, I will be delighted if you are correct, but the early signs are that they continue to sell.
