Fingersxed and others: Thanks so very much for your excellent comments and research links- incredibly helpful !
I am staggered that EMH is so under-the-radar. To me, the perfect storm is building in EMH's favour and the consummation of the recent deal could not have been better timed. OEMs now very wary of extended supply-chains; China facing economic recriminations from the West; Germany, the EU paymaster, desperate to support its "badge-of-pride" motor manufacturers- VW-Audi AG, Mercedes-Benz, BMW; EU support for EVs.
I have struggled to find a speculative mining share that is now so de-risked. Yes, I absolutely agree that the SP is absurdly undervalued. I sense from recent price-action that some weak-holders have left. I still recognise the danger that any spikes may be sold into, but only because some very long-holders are underwater.
There is an additional understated dimension to lithium usage and that is for large-scale energy storage from renewables-hydro/solar/wind. I sense that we are at the beginning of something very, very interesting. Thanks again and good luck to all.
Developing battery technology has also been defined as a core competency of the Volkswagen Group.
At the same time, Volkswagen will rely to a greater extent than before on partnerships, acquisitions and strategic investments.

Desperation for batteries and or Lithium growing for Volkswagen , cant make all these deals and fulfill their goals without guaranteed supply . EMH sooooo undervalued . VW could buy all our supply and still would not be enough . VW require 462,000 tonnes Li equivalent over next five years world wide based on reported forecasts for China and Europe , that's 46,200 tonnes from Europe alone . Who have they called ?
What is more frightening to the VW hierarchy is that Tesla adopted the Chinese supply chain model years ago as they realised this would be the only way to compete. As a result it is Tesla driving their price down by playing a part across the whole supply chain (even recently saying they are prepared to become a miner). This leaves VW no option but to become involved in one way or another in a way that they are unfamiliar with .......
COULD there be a biding war for EMH share of Geomat? Elon wouldnt want one as price would increase,VW likewise of course but possibly would pay more to shut Tesla out? thoughts?
Sounds like VW have bought the tech to produce their own batteries.keep an eye out for news of production in Bavaria.VW has to counter Tesla giga berlin.,otherwise they will lose market share if that happens it's game over????

“We see that the car industry is also interested to invest in mining, which hasn’t ever happened before to secure their raw material source and have clear control over where their material for their batteries is coming from,” said Pertti Lamberg, CEO of Keliber Oy.

Note Sid lithium supply is dwindling , as the minor producers saddle up with second tier buyers , it exposes the fact that tier one buyers will only buy from tier one producers , EMH . Our turn is just around the corner , VW has been back on the blower .
yes very interesting,Tesla lead others follow of course so therefore, possibly ill say lol competition for a slice of a mine? and in Europe not just America.

Sid listen to this .
OZ up 12 % next seller at 13 p . Only 460,144 shares available to buy up to 25 p
Good to see a move upwards on the LSE, only that is not followed by the ASX. Still can't break over the 23c mark and there is a 250k shares sell wall at 25c that it won't get swiped by your mum and dad investors. Maybe if the LSE continues positively then the ASX can go through that wall.
Starting to feel EMH is defo in the right place at the right time... the unprecedented Euro stimulus for green energy is all systems go now and the publics mindset has been fundamentally changed by Covid - it’s a god damn buy at this level... long and strong starting to feel a much better strategy than it did some months back - EMH - fortune maker / most defo at these levels!
