OK who is the clever clogs that can say what is the fully loaded tonnage like 25 50 75 or 100 tons or more on the Lowry that was being loaded in the video, so can we gage the tonnage they are shifting to the grader and washer approximately.
Gwynwin - Was 30 tons not mentioned in the video?
I would say closer to 20t on the truck, coal is relatively low density, usually around 1t/m3 and the body on the truck (from the manufactures website) is 16m3
Why not wait and see what is actually the case, why try and guess??
Yes probably around 17.5t on a full load. Harry we are not guessing, it's simple mathematics.
Norrab1 even a humble salesperson like your goodself should understand that if you don't know the facts then you are guessing! Sadly I'd expect nothing less from you with your childish name calling mentality, and you that got upset questioning why people (not me) on this board called you nobrot !?.
aerial - as you say it's pure speculation without any facts from the BoD....oh, hang on? It's why news flow is so important for us and the market. Interims cant come soon enough - they dont have to wait 3 months to publish them. GLA
Hey R its the new sumba !!!!!
sorry chaps should have looked up the RNS 30 tonne it is.
announced on 21 August 2019, the Company has now purchased and taken delivery of two new 30-tonne trucks to ensure that there are no further production bottlenecks as a result of contract miners. Edenville has already witnessed an increase in productivity since this recent change in the business. Accordingly, with this modest working capital raise, the Directors believe the Company remains on track to become cash flow positive from operations during H1 2020.
Gwynwin,
30t gross gives a 18 - 20t payload.
that is good two trucks at a load per hour for ten hours = to 360 tons per day 30 days a month so just over the 10 000 tons per month on a two shift bases per day even with a 30 per cent loss
still well over the 10 000 tons per day at 10 pounds a ton profit = 100 000 pounds profit a day
not bad for a two bit company I can see all the bitter answer being sent after this read ha ha.
Oh plus the fired station ASAP.
Gwynwin - its £100k per month profit by your calcs, which would do me fine and put us on a decent operational grounding. I think a non-mathematician recommended your post!! GLA
Maybe it was the positive sentiment that was recommended by the so called non- mathematician, which is pretty scarce around here!
Bigeye - you can all the positive or negative sentiments in the world, but there are a few on here that keep talking about dealing in clear facts. That's all we need from the BoD really. GLA
I recognise clear facts!
You and others only post negative historic facts!
Most real investors post positive facts and try to raise awareness of EDL's potential !
Your posts are no different to nobi, sumba/big larry etc, so I'll keep on calling you lot out for what you are.
The only thing missing from the calculation is stripping ratio. It is usual in a mine to move 4 to 5 time more waste than product. In this case your profit would be around 20% of your calculation. This also assumes a perfect world without delays,
bigeye - Can you post any current positive facts that our BoD has provided? Perhaps pull your head out of the sky for one minute and read the Simply Wall street article that quite succinctly summarises how both the market and hacked off PIs like me feel and why. I assume you're happy being, I suspect, 90% down on paper? And can you clearly explain what you mean by "calling you out for what you are" exactly?
No, but I am here for the long run and not 5 minutes.
As for calling you lot out for what you are----- does'nt need explaining unless you are stupid.
If you are invested, why post negative views on a company that is trying to make you money? They might not be doing it now, but................
