"In addition, we are happy to have finalised a Commencement Date with ILTL for 1 September 2020, which triggers our Contract Mining Agreement and Loan Agreement. Ahead of then we expect to have also finalised the Sales and Marketing Agreement, which will further boost our contracted sales figures.

“The Sales and Marketing Agreement follows on from the recently announced Coal Mining Agreement ("CMA") with ILTL”
Edenville Energy Plc (AIM: EDL), the AIM quoted company operating the Rukwa Coal Project in southwest Tanzania (the "Project" or "Rukwa"), is pleased to announce that the Company's subsidiary Edenville International (Tanzania) Limited ("EITL") has entered into a Sales and Marketing Agreement with MarTek Global FZ-LLC ("MarTek"). “As previously stated, Edenville's new strategic partner Infrastructure Logistics Tanzania Limited ("ILTL") has provided a Commencement Date for its operations of 1 September 2020. Until ILTL has completed its mobilisation activities, Edenville will continue to act as operator”
“Until ILTL has completed its mobilisation activities, Edenville will continue to act as operator”
A very clear unambiguous statement!
Aerial, that is how I read it.
Diggermans statement on a public board needs addressing. If it's a lie it needs to be removed, if it's true we will need an explanation!
esquimo
Yes it quite clear!
Strange how diggerman professes to work locally at another mine, but says he is in the photo’s on the Edenville website! Perhaps he’s a bad industrial spy?.... lol
Aerial - yes "A very clear unambiguous statement!"
But have we any idea what this actually entails.
I have been pondering this statement "completed its mobilisation activities" and still cannot fully understand what it means?
Additional machinery?? Diggers/trucks/washer-crusher????
Any Ideas???
Maybe movement of equipment from the old site.
Mobilisation could easily just be training/resourcing.
As no doubt they are reading all these comments, the only reason for silence that I see is that they haven't achieved the objective and are trying to execute the transfer before giving the next update. If there's nothing in the Interims, I will be worried. Otherwise this is just a waiting game. Personally not walking away with a loss so will be hanging around to hear what the next RNS tells us...
How many posts are we allowed before we have to make a trade? :))
Hang on in there. Our time will come. Probably when we least expect it.

I only know what has been RNS’s.
With regards to the detail, I have little interest in much other than the SP (as I have said many time before) as I think unlike Sumbawunga who wanted to give his profits the local parish, most lth’s ‘through their experience’ have lost most of their sympathy for Tanzania/Africa, and are looking to get out without too much damage.
I still believe in my investment, virtually unwavering for nearly a decade, and expect to make a very handsome profit.
I think it’s no longer a matter if, but when!
