My view is we can all moan about him getting away with it or lack of teeth from aim or regulators but… if we all send an email then just maybe they will take a look…
Winnifrith take on this share .
Earlier I suggested that today’s news means that Deepverge (DVRG) is a slam dunk zero
Thank you bemmacolli1
They also suggested aimregulation@londonstockexchange.com
As suggested below dvrg are not registered with FCA but I’ve had a response saying they have referred it to Market Abuse Team. Please if you feel lied to please contact market.abuse@fca.org.uk
if there is enough noise from us perhaps they will investigate……
Feel sick as all of us about this. An apparently really good story, were we fooled, or did we fool ourselves? 13th Monkey made a fair point, every site has some Cassandras, if they were all as perspicacious as Muggins, we'd all lose less - and maybe no one would invest!
Lots of decent gains/divs from my other holdings went into the approx. £17K loss over several years. Not my only total loss, but my biggest.
All the best, guys. Over and out.
Deepverge are a limited company and have no reason to be registered by the FCA?
The companies broker, nomad and financial advisors would indeed be FCA authorised...
Just had a look at the FCA website and Deepverge (including GB) do not appear to be registered, unless I missed something! so, perhaps a different avenue is needed? Have just contacted London Stock Exchange for regulatory clarification. Will keep you posted.
lol - at my own gullibility: like the old line says, if it's too good to be true . . . .
A poster on advfn with ID copperwindow93, who used to post as PB78 on lse, and who had claimed to be a *large* holder of DVRG shares, said on advfn that he was going to the FCA.
he said he had retained many personal messages from 1:1 discussions with GB, and said he was going to share those with the FCA. copperwindow93 posted many of those supposed personal comms from GB over on advfn, which are still available to view on that site.
obviously, i cannot say whether those communications genuinely are from GB as copperwindow93 claimed, and i don’t know whether or not they evidence any wrong-doing as i’ve not followed the history here and don’t know the issues, but DVRG shareholders interested in going to the FCA might want to take a look at copper’s post history as food for thought.
I think he was very very careful 'It's all in the RNS' was his usual social media response.
If you are going to report it you need evidence and examples, and remember sometimes demonstrations in china, for instance, don't lead to anything that's not fraud. Personal opinion he's been duplicitous, but just on the right side of the line.
Just sent!
Everyone on here that feels GB has deliberately lied to you please report to FCA

Dingodog1. For all the "talk" of openness, diversity, fairness, and transparency - our nation is going to the dogs. Someone invested here, might report the shinanagans that have gone on here, but I doubt anyone in authority will care.
Has anyone reported DVRG or anyone associated with it to the FCA? Is that even a worthy avenue? Is there even a case to answer?
If deception/falsifications can be proven then surely justice should prevail? What has happened here over the past 9 months is unbelievable. From a botched raise last November to the complete collapse of a company once considered to be in a strong place.
Companies dont go under over night. People will have known. BOD, auditors, broker? There has to be more protection for shareholders.

Difficult to believe company is as incompetent as it would like us to believe it to have been...
How much has been spent on packaging PD? Remember this was apparently the situation as early as Feb 2022:
@gjbrandon
At @DeepVerge laboratories in York this week seeing the first production units of the
@Modern_Water #MicrotoxPD assembled for installation. In less than 3 months, the former suitcase size portable unit (bottom) is now smaller than a briefcase. #DVRG #MicroEngineering

If no substance to the claims then the participation in last placing by company secretary is an eye opener:

13th - the real problem is that woods and myself told everyone on this BB exactly what GB was up to but unfortunately too many people on this BB did not recognise the quality and accurcay of the information that they were receiving. Too many PIs believed the rampers (anyone see the idiotic self confessed illeterate Chesh recently?) even when the rampers comments were fanciful at best and often down right lies.
More pertinently, it seems that, yet again, GB has got away with it. He has history - you only need to see comments on Alltracel. Why were so many people deceived by a conman who artificially inflated revenues to a completely unrealistic level, whose wife sold shares without declaring them, while GB sold back shares to the company, whose wife received fees for tasks that were never clear, who invented a bunch of partnerships which never happened (China anyone?), gave his mates a bunch of options against best practice whilst declaring it was normal, who splurged cash like an incontinent, got paid for work he never did (Modern Water anyone) and gave away options like confetti to his city mates while all the while the Board who were supposed to control him did nothing.
This is not just a failure of GB, this is a failure of the BoD and for AIM more broadly for not ensuring proper controls and letting GB get away with it again. It was abundantly clear that GB was not fit and proper.
The problem with woods and muggins is that there are similar people bleating like that on almost every small stock, and they have no legal obligation to speak the truth. The board did have that obligation and yet they did not, there may be consequences, but i'm not hopeful about that. Weighing up who to believe, someone who can happily lie (and may enjoy the disruption) vs someone who will be penalised for lying i'd go for the latter.
G Woods exposed this lot for what they are.........a dodgy Plumbing Company .
You should have ran Forest, ran when you had the chance...
Good find T.Rat , at min 17.10 of that video Fin Murray Director at DVRG states "That product is deployed and its working" which is to detect covid in real-time. Can anyone point to one installation of this? It now sounds like it was deception and lies to public shareholders? He then moves onto the next big challenge which is tier one partnerships to essentially scale it out. Can anyone name a Tier 1 partner?
This seems to be all Modern Water deception, as far as we know, the office in the US is closed, all staff have been left go and not a single engineer remains.
Back in the day, this would sell for millions on its own, we was lead to believe ?? Just lies after lies
Not just GB:

So PD a fiction? Or so good they'll help themselves to it?
Have they at least demonstrated it for prospective purchasers? Notably lacking from the website (or can we guess where the offers have come from?). Easily retrofit to any other manufacturers equipment (if the story true).
This entire situation engineered from taking a loan to purchase Glanaco? Without that it's difficult to see how they could have achieved what they have.
Me thinks you rather exaggerate. It was only in April, over 6 months after GB left that DVRG notified shareholders that there might actually be a problem with the revenues it had previously reported to the markets. annd it was only the beginning of June that DVRG announced that STC/Labskin were a bust. When the warnings did finally come it was too late. Sure there were some posters who'd been suggesting for a while that DVRG wasn't what it seemed but, these boards being what they are, they were written off as cranks.
Cash flow problems can be managed if they are addressed in time but non-existant revenues/businesses are quite another matter. It's now clear abundantly clear to all ex-DVRG shareholders that GB is/was a fraudster.
I recently bought £2k's worth here, thinking the worst was over. More fool me!
Deepverge PLC has been run like the worst of AIM. All been smoke and mirrors and proves the Irish Wild West still exists.;
Of particular note to Gerard Brandon - Please do another interview with Katie Balls.
