Acuity Risk Management is excited to announce the refreshed iteration of award-winning Integrated Risk Management platform STREAM.
In this latest release, STREAM 6.0 sports a fresh look: a modern User Interface (UI) focused on simplicity, consistency, and a sleeker, cleaner style. The layout of STREAM 6.0 has been re-engineered with accessibility and ease-of-use in mind, and a variety of technical improvements paired with new widgets and intuitive icons make this edition of STREAM the best so far in terms of user experience.
Simon Marvell, Co-Founder and CEO of Acuity, said: “STREAM 6.0 is a result of Acuity’s commitment to continually improving our Integrated Risk Management platform. The backbone of our offering is an easy to use and deploy system that provides rapid time-to-value to organisations of all sizes and varying risk maturity levels”.
Just reading about the new sure ventures UK software fund.
Haven't a clue where from is going, a small % of a small software company plus a share in a property reit even if they are decent investments doesn't scream strategy.
Need a decent amount of cash for investing, then competing with others for the investment. Surprised the chair hasn't got a little black book of opportunities?
God I need some good news; would be nice if it came from Drumz.....
The 4.166m was indeed a sale closely followed by a 4m buy….
I'm guessing it's a sale...but there's no news? Wonder what's going on?
Telegram or Telegraph? :)
I didn't realise that there was a telegram group for DRUM?
I share your excitement that this will be great in the long term. I'm rarely on LSE these days, I prefer Telegram - the DRUM group there is quiet but not as quiet as here!
Oos.
At their current size this will continue whatever the news, unless a buyer comes in wanting a chunk (this may be even a single buyer).
Medium - long term they need to persuade the market they can acquire, and then grow, 5-10 acuitys - at the moment they simply haven't outlined the timeline for this.
Remember this is even below even micro cap level, at this level just won't get much traction.
So I'm on here everyday......checking to see if anyone else has posted.....being deflated at both the share price and the lack of comms (the last RNS didn't really say anything material - it was a bit like me telling my English teacher that I've written a brilliant essay.....but I've not actually handed it in yet - quite a curious rns actually). I can't understand why the share price continues to trend downwards (although in hindsight, when it does eventually move, I'll look at .55p as a time when I should have bought more.....) Surely we're due a material update soon?
If it gets to 4p, I'm selling other holdings to pile into this one.
If buying price falls to 5p (I'm quoted 5.5/5.6p on HL) I'm buying too.
No idea - some but not all of today's buys were me.
More buys than sells.....but the price keeps dropping.....can't understand why? Anyone know? Or heard anything? Last formal RNS gave good news (in a vague sort of way - no specifics etc). Things can't have changed that much since then can they? - 6 days ago or whatever it was. Recent.
And suddenly there's more action than we've seen for what seems like years. Perhaps word has got out that the Acuity Risk Management purchase is a really, properly, astute investment.
Yeah - massive potential - and finally, after all these years, we might actually hear of some good news from ARM .....and whisper it but KCR could show some improvement too.
Only really one asset in the portfolio.
Acuity Risk Management…
If you research ARM you will find a rather exciting investment.
I've bought more.....and it's come up as a sell on here......interesting......perhaps the other 'sells' are actual buys perhaps? Looking back I've been buying this share for years and years......the most I've paid for it is 2.95pence when it was energiser.....so far all I've done is buy on the way down.......hopefully this will be the start of seeing it go up........pray for a rise!
Agreed. Seems crazy cheap. I continue to add.
That's the question. I really feel this is going to fly.......at some point......thoughts anyone?
Oi.
Just wonder what the cash raise was for, I think they clearly have something in mind but not exactly a large amount.
At the moment I can't see where the scale to get a portfolio of acuitys is going to come from.
clearly trading well below the sum of the parts at the moment, kcr holding seems to have stabilised but isn't really an easily tradable asset.
Anyone have any idea when the next update is? I get the feeling that things have definitely ramped up since the last one and it'll be great to hear of what the raise was for too (they must have a target in mind, even if it was to buy acuity risk management outright or increase the investment there). Keen to hear other's thoughts.
I missed the raise - ****ed off tbh - been in this for so long I might as well really go all in. Pity.
Yes, nice find draft. I took a lot of the raise yesterday, this is starting to look crazy cheap.
Looking positive and coupled with the capital raise yesterday, I think we can expect further news quite soon.
