I see that Luke Bryan has resigned from Kodal Minerals as Technical Director to spend more time on other mining projects. Let's hope that includes DRG too.
I think it's a slim hope Barra...from the KOd RNs:
Luke is actively involved in a number of other projects, notably with Vardar Minerals Ltd which has an ongoing exploration programme in Kosovo and with Kalahari Metals which is exploring in the Botswana Copperbelt, and he will now be able to devote more of his time to these opportunities.
No mention of us. :-(
Or was Kalahari one of the options mentioned for the RTO?
Its been so long I cant remember....
Is Luke too busy for DRG ? Is it a case of get involved in loads of companies and one will make it big ? Clearly far too busy to update us !
Who want to rto in delist company ?
Unless it is fairly easy for the company to apply back into aim or else pretty game over now
EGM has been called for 26 July to wind Draganfly up.
Game over indeed. Last time I take a shell into suspension at the size I did here.
Sorry to all holders.
Very sad indeed , did your broker tell you this news?
No more rto for me again
There was a placing in March 2018 just before suspension from AIM, where the total shares increased to 220m. If we can vote to increase to 500m, is there a chance of deal? Are we being offered a choice between more than double the number of shares or oblivion, or is it just box ticking before oblivion?
Right right I assume there was letter sent out ,
Rising money at this time seem bit strange maybe filling someone pocket
Contact broker to vote on resolutions before Luke winds the company up for being the most useless CEO in history.
I've had no comms at all, on either platform or even directly....
Some wih Hl and some Barclays.
How did you guys get notified?
Pretty poor performance not to be able to secure a copper deal in Zambia.
Another lesson that AIM is great for companies trying to raise funds with whatever crap they wish to spout but AIM, frequently, is disastrous for mere mortals.
Halifax I get letter to vote automatically
Ken you can always call hl to get the details
Just another way to get money for “running cost of the company aka their wage”
Lesson: avoid like the plague any company associated with these guys
I have a small stake in here - had no news off broker.
Seems the DRG website is now down as well.
Is it the end today?
I wrote this investment off
It is indeed dead
I spoke to Dennis Edmonds earlier in the week and the there is no RTO, and more bills to pay than money in the bank. Company to be wound up.
It was always a gamble, some you win, some you loose, still its a bitter pill to swallow.
I assume no rto as we are delisted from the stock market
