Anybody know if it is correcf 75% agreement needed ?
I guess the larger share holders have 60+ %
Would they convince the others to vote for it ? I am not so sure but I guess they already worked it out themselves before the RNS...
Might another bid appear? It would be unexpected but?
Another bid maybe wishful thinking but I do expect a spike here
Why would it spike when a delisting is almost imminent.Besides that this company has been surviving on placings.
Because it dropped 60% and a few 1k buys shoots this up.
It has said it may try to delist but it's not confirmed and it needs to be voted on.
I'm not saying it's some LTH I'm saying I think it will spike as people trade it.
If u buy at this 0.050 you will make money with patience. AIMO
Delisting is not confirmed however this company has been in talks with major shareholders and looks like they have decided to put in money if company delists.Besides that if for some reason delisting does not occur then company will need a million quids and where will it find that from? You guessed it right through placing.
Try and invest in a share instead of going around boards just being pessimistic.
You will have more fun.
Wow how am I being pessimistic? These are questions every investors should be asking. So you want us to buy in anticipation of a "spike" so that you can get out, no sorry.
I don't want anyone to buy I'm simply stating IMO will spike.
Your 10 quid won't spike any share.
Looking at your history you don't seem invested In anything
And I am stating this wont "spike" market is hardly wrong and as I said this company has been surviving on placings for some reason.
Well as you said your not invested here so dont worry about it.
Get back to the other boards where your still not invested and being pessimistic there too.
Shame you don't have money to invest or trade obviously
Keep going like this and sooner you would have no money left. As I said getting in a company that is about to delist is a gamble.I see you took gamble on meal as well and strangely enough that is another dog.
All relative to how much you have.
I see you have no money is why you are not invested in any shares and seem scared of anyone making any money.
Sad and very predictable the way you post.

I am more of a value investor, however investing in dogs which have no intention of making a penny in profit is not my thing. Good luck may be you should take a good look at Ptr it is about to get suspended too!
Looks like Neil has sold , these types are not known to hold any shares longer than couple of days at best!
Not sold at all. Just not interested in your views as you don't obviously hold any shares in any company and just go around posting on anonymous boards as you have no actual cash
Shaml89, you are talking a lott of sense imo. Neil is talking twaaddle. He is obviously trying to create a bit of false hope by investing £1000 and make a quick trade on a false spike .
He doesn't even know how to filter someone becaus he still in responds to you.
Chancer imo
Learn English before you post again baldy... it may serve you well when you post and you can't even spell because. Embarrassing wasn't it
Nile (sic), are you missing a '?' and/or '!' on the end of "...Embarassing wasn't it"?
I also think it would read better if you had written 'Embarassing ISN'T it?".....IMO.
Have a nice day, good luck with your ramping.
He is relying on bigger fool theory as things stand if he is fool enough to invest in dmtr when it is about to get delisted, there is a chance that someoneelse would want to take a position too and that would let him escape with a profit. He has backed meal too and that is not gpijg well either!
Oh sham read the full history of mine for MEAL.
I bought at 1.67p and did 100% before buying back and making profit again.
Like your history of deramping but not actually owning shares is all to see. So is mine
Off course you did!
Your history suggests that you switch your views based on your position, to put it simply you deramp/ramp a share to your own benefit. You were clearly our when you predicted a crash on delisting RNS and then realised that there will be a "spike" along the way.
Wow jealous aren't you of anyone making money as you clearly don't have any to invest and just go round boards deramping.
Sad that you went to read my history haha. You need a job mate. Too much time om your hands.
If you read it correctly you will see I had bought in and was commenting on the RNS at 1.67p before the spike... but of course your conveniently missed that..
Sad little boy with no money to invest
Neil777 - good luck with your punt ... as you say yourself only risking £1200.
I'm thinking of doing the same but have decided against, I'll take my £3750 loss on a punt back in May.
This is a widely held share with the largest holder only having 11% currently. The BoD and their insider buddies need to get a significant stake via the £1m placing ahead of delisting. How do they accomplish this ? Well even issuing 2bn new shares to themselves at 0.05p only gives them 33% of the enlarged mkt cap to add to their existing holdings. I think they're going to need to make it atleast 5bn new shares at 0.02p to accomplish their objective of taking over the company on the cheap and going private before making money. Sadly this is all too common on the supposedly regulated UK stock market - small private investors get taken to the cleaners !
