I agree and I think some new BoD members are desperately needed...like MattyBoy I am down about 90K now and am raging with how they have conducted themselves since Primary Bid time....I have basically written this off as we will be diluted to hell whatever happens from this point...

Yes, its a very poor situation i fully expect a wipe out and similar to Deepmatter that diluted and then withdrew listing...

Given Emmas lack of performance over many years and an almost static share price I can't really envisage anything being driven in any meaningful direction ! Jon Symonds seems to have lost his mojo after leaving AstraZeneca I would also observe although i guess the split was a rerun for him...Bluebell hedgefund rightly was agitated...

I have never understood this company and the lack of drive of the management over such a prolonged period I am so unclear why the potential has never been reached....they did 4 day week, basically closed over covid-19 whilst others pivoted just seems to be a basic run the engine, it really needs some momentum and possibly be bought out by some one...i have had 7200 shares for years and just like watching paint dry and loose money ...

Sure Lazarus ...20 years in pharma and medical affairs clearly gives me nothing...seen it all before and been involved with some great deals and some disasters. Dont be so quick to judge others you know nothing about just because you dont like an opinion.

I judge by actions not words and there are clearly multiple issues here which the BoD need to get there act together on...I invested on the science like many of you but the management is not meeting the expectation. Do with that what you will...like many I am impatient and I see profit for all being lost ...

its just whether we have any patent life left after Tim and co manage to move this forward, there seems to be no urgency at all...they have had so much time to prepare and action before the formal return...each year is trimming a full year peak sales from the return....given the industry is awash with cash seems a somewhat odd situation...

A bunch of friends running an organisation tends to be a disaster, watched it happen before don't wish to see it all again.

The patent clock is ticking and we are completely stalled...

The board have completely lost focus in my view and spent time on peripheral issues. The communication is poor as we the shareholders are toleraring poor behaviour. And before I get flamed I am sat on 35 000 shares here I am wishing I was not...but looks like many I stuck in the long game.
