Jason Brewer seems to have his hands in so many pies he should open a pie shop. Don't think this announcement is Dish related but news is overdue so hopefully hear more details soon.

... Expires this weekend, as per 17th Feb RNS. Could well get another update today or Monday. Be interesting to see if the extra licences announced have increased see through value. The 2p was mentioned prior to these new assets. Exciting hold into the weekend. Gla

The share price action just doesn’t add up today ! Far many more buys than sells today , most of the sells were buys too . Surely this should have been plus 13% . This share is well being manipulated! The other week it just shot up 50 % about of the blue ! Makes a mockery lots of buys a share goes up and lots of sells a share goes down ! Very frustrating indeed !
3.5 Million buy printed. Before that was a 1 Million buy. MMs filling order while other peeps selling out on the cheap and a loss. More news before the end of the month before April start of the new financial year.
Yes , strange way of losing £300 in a few hours !
One Peep bought 499251 in the morning and have now sold out on a loss. Dyor.
New thread was from alliance News.
You just posted the same thing this morning, bobcat?
Perhaps align continuously selling down the shares they got at 0.3. the question is whether the merger talk is specifically to allow them to do that at a premium or whether it is actually genuine and if the 2p figure holds true. The paradox is that if align IS selling, you'd expect them to know detail on the rare earth elements deal and if it was good detail they shouldn't be selling at all. It's certainly a conundrum
Amala Foods PLC - Jersey-based food technology firm formerly known as BigDish - Says sales and purchase agreement for transaction with Terra Rara UK Ltd will be executed "in the near term". This follows previous announcements that it will repurpose its public listing with the acquisition of Terra Rara, a rare earth elements company.
Amala also notes recent progress by Terra Rara's Uganda subsidiary with exploration licenses, which were granted for over 330 square kilometres of "highly prospective" ionic clay rare earth elements mineralisation.
"As we close out the due diligence period, Amala Foods anticipates being in a position within the very near future of signing the sales and purchase agreement to acquire the entire issued share capital of Terra Rara UK Ltd and a complete rebirth of the listed vehicle. I am confident that following solid expressions of interest of finance provision in bringing this opportunity to fruition that shareholders in the company stand on the cusp of a new and exciting beginning," says Amala Director Aidan Bishop.
And I’ve bought at 11.06 am. At this price what’s not to like ! Got a five grand holding now , let see how it goes . Gl all invested
Lots of buys coming in showing red ! And we’ll down ! I bought more at 10.38am . What’s going on here ?
Amala Foods Plc (LON: DISH) is pleased to update the market as progress is made towards the execution of a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA), a transaction with Terra Rara UK Ltd that was first announced on 17 February 2022. The Company expects to execute the SPA in the near term.
Aidan Bishop, Director, Amala Foods Plc, commented:
"As we close out the due diligence period, Amala Foods anticipates being in a position within the very near future of signing the SPA to acquire the entire issued share capital of Terra Rara UK Ltd and a complete rebirth of the listed vehicle. RNS out
Aidan Bishop got his finger in another pie. Norrland Gold

The intrigue is with the directors from Caracal Gold #GCAT onboard at Terra Rara UK Ltd. Tho the company was registered at Companies House after the announcement from DISH seems slightly odd. But with Caracal garnering lots of positive support and sentiment in their market recently, having two of their directors involved seems a positive.
I'm confident they're not lying but it's not without it's risks. If you ask me the risk was substantially reduced after last RNS.... "there have been further expressions of interests to provide finance". Its a hot sector at the moment and you can bet they'll be privy to more info than we mere mortals are so I'm holding till we know more.
Funny how they keep ramming the 2p potential price down our throats but clearly the market just think they are lying
MMS want sellers to fill order. NT to buy. Dyor.
If and when the next Rns falls and once they close the acquisition of Terra and if successful, the transaction would result in a 'see through' valuation of approximately 2p per share. This share will open at 2p and many peeps will be locked out buying at 2p. Each to their own. Peeps will treble / quadruple their profits. DYOR. 5million buyer will be buying the drinks.
Year high 21/ 3/21 will history repeat its self . Could well be on
Market is not interested nor pi’s. I am.
Holding out for 2p
