5 million M/C haha who values these outfits
RT it is cold. Go and hibernate ,wake up in six months time.
I really really don't understand why people want to invest here. Since 9p there have been various better and safer options on the FTSE250. And for many who invested over the summer they are today seeing rewards with Boris's win.
""Notes from recent RNS""
imo both a total waste of money.
""Sanj Naha, the Company's former CEO has entered into a consultancy agreement with the Company where he will advise on the acquisition of restaurant groups and technology integrations with Electronic Point of Sale (ePOS) companies and other third party restaurant technology platforms.""
(Facts are Sanj has already had months and months promising restaurant chains and delivered ZERO)
""The Company believes it will benefit from having an Independent Non-Executive Director as part of the Board and is currently in discussions with its advisers regarding suitable candidates.""
(Why the need to waste more cash why doesnt one of the other directors do this as they don't appear to be doing much else for the company or shareholders imo)
Elusive Brand Ambassadors
Where are they ?
Who are they ?
Quick update.
BoDs are appearing to start to panic. Looks like they are actually starting to realise what we’ve been saying for a long time. DISHs failed model from Asia also fails here.
Reastaurants as a whole are not interested.
Although this hasn’t achieved the 1p SP I predicted for the end of November, it’s still headed that way.
I suspect there are some investors here that are learning a very hard lesson. As I stated before, numerous times, if BoDs are not delivering on their promises and achievements STEER CLEAR.
By the way. If I’m not on again over the next month. Have a good Xmas and jolly new year.
I thought you were well researched on this company Ronald?
From ops update RNS:
’The Company announced its Brand Ambassador Program on 2 July 2019. This will now be launched at a later date once there are a critical mass of restaurants that will ensure that any marketing initiatives relating to Brand Ambassadors will have the maximum impact. Brand Ambassadors will be paid in shares as previously announced.‘
But I think you knew that anyway......
Bod appearing to panic...?
Eeer... what on earth from recent RNS implies that....??
More like ‘Scottman72 is trying to spread panic...’
There is one brand ambassador at present that I can see and her name is Sian Victoria. She is a food blogger and has 13.4k followers on Instagram where she has posted several posts reviewing the BigDish experience. Her posts are on her account and are also posted on the BigDish Instagram 'stories' so I assume the relationship between the two is on paper and presumably in shares as previously said. If you look at the 'comments' on her post, she says 'thank you' to BigDIsh for asking her to review the app. I would hope there are many, many more relationships like this being built in the background. Let's see Tom build restaurant numbers with telesales first. Then activate the ambassador network on social media and awareness will raise very quickly.
Wow
13.4k followers and Bigdish think that is worth handing over a million shares..... it just gets better and better
I was expecting Brand ambassadors that had a good following considering they were being awarded 1million shares apiece 13,400 followers for 1million shares is absolute stupidity imo
She has done a couple of little reviews on twitter. That does not mean she’s filled one of the previously discussed ‘brand ambassador’ roles does it??
Don’t make assumptions guys
Ambassadors will have no benefit at this moment in time, 200 odd restaurants. A critical mass of restaurants will only benefit from the exposure, imo c. 1000 Restaurants
Imo this will need to be pushed back until a substantial no of restaurants are on the app, priority is numbers at this stage!!!
DT YOU do jump on some Rubbish!

Sp is on its knees!
We need restaurant numbers fast to restore confidence!
You won't get any
Christmas and restaurants are not interested in Bigdish
Can this survive is the question ?
The management appear to have messed up again launching telesales in December. Doh
OH Ronald,
For someone who sometimes seems like quite an intelligent person you do come out with some piffle
If you do have to have a change of strategy, and Dish obviously do,
How can there be a better time?
Christmas is one of there busiest times so they don't need us, meaning we are wasting no time getting the office set up and training done!
Christmas is a very short period which will soon be over and followed by the quietest period of the year.
By which time, in just a couple of weeks we'll be well positioned to take advantage with our new telesales team and jump all over it.
Obviously this will always be a bit of a punt, but they now have a proven telesales manager at the helm and if he can do his stuff, For a 3rd time?
At these levels and with a small investment This could be life changing over night!
Gla
What training Tom and 2 of his chief telesales crew surely don't need any training
More excuses for the constant failure to deliver
Would anyone pay 4million for an app that only has approximately 200 restaurants on it
I personally think this still has a long way to fall before anyone would risk a punt.
At these levels it just isn't worth the risk
If and it's a big if they achieved 600 to 800 restaurants I don't see how it could be valued any higher than the current 4million M/C as 600 restaurants isn't going to make a profit charging 50p a pop, imo
Yeah i think they're planning to have a bigger team than that lad!
In addition to Tom Sumner, two other persons will join the team who have experience working with Tom in restaurant acquisition and collectively have 12 years industry experience. The objective is to rapidly build up a telesales team of approximately 10 persons.

Tom's been advertising for experienced sales people for the last few weeks!
At 30 September 2019 (interims reporting period date) the Company had total cash of £ 1,288,666
Did they not raise 2.1 million in June 2019 ?
So effectively they have managed to spend approximately 800k (almost a million) in 3 months, on what ???
Where has this amount of money been spent in such a short period of time with minimal staff and employees what warrants spending 800k.
Does anybody know In January alongside the telesales will the 2 existing TMs still be going out to sign up new sites?
