I think by buying that many shares on the open market he would have sent the sp way above 2P..
With all the parties be cancelled (No10 excluded) the booze is leaving the super markets by the trolley load.. Hopefully the bottles of Red Leg are too.....
I have some warrents at 2p but i can buy on the open market at 1.5p
they must be confident this is going up significantly
Been invested here for a long time. This share is a buy and hold. The company is heading in the right direction but it takes time to build the value.
i think it's a big positive - would top up but the spread is ridiculous ATM - actual is c 1.2 to 1.5p, quoted is 1.1 to 1.6.
I guess that shows a good degree of confidence from our major shareholder... or am I missing something.
Not often you get warrants picked up above the SP
Good morning, slightly off topic but am hosting a webinar for companies that listed in UK in 2021. One of the three companies presenting is The Artisanal Spirits Company, which owns he Scotch Malt Whisky Society. To find out more about the event and register please go to

somewhere between 1.4 and 2.4 like a pendulum, so which way is it just now ...
Nothing changes, good products, good marketing, USA licenses, just enjoy the swings.
Distil has now been added to freetrade which hopefully will allow more people access to this wonderful share. I can now buy small increments which is good as the large spread and Fee on my others was a killer when trading this.
sorry double post hit enter too fast fat fingers.
Distil has now been added to FreeTrade
UP 7 % on msn this morning, nothing here though ?
I have looked at the last rns , and it all seems good, thanks for the reply
Unfortunately I can't explain a drop of this magnitude but I'm holding on, bought at 1.6 and was convinced they would reach 4.0. I can't see anything fundamentally wrong.
hi, i see there have been two buys this morning. As its approaching christmas, please can someone let me know why this share price is not moving , in fact dropping, thought it would be a good investment ?
BREXIT has damaged EU markets for our poducts.
I had always thought that anything under 2p was also a good buy opportunity, But there really doesn't seem to be any end to this drop. could we be going sub 1p again?
Can go up and down quite abruptly.. I'm always looking to pick up these shares anywhere under 2p when I have spare cash.
Size of sp drop has been sharp and steep.
i think results are ok, especially when compared with 2019. I'm less confident of the xmas period though based on the outlook statement issued today - see below
Outlook
Christmas is our key trading period and all of our efforts will focus on keeping our customers in stock at all times. We are working closely with manufacturers and suppliers to maintain continuity against ongoing uncertainties regarding hauliers' ability to attract a sufficient number of drivers.
Given ongoing supply chain challenges and uncertain timelines for the resumption of normal activity levels it is difficult to forecast with accuracy and certainty for the second half of the year. Market guidance will be released following our key Christmas trading period.
Rns was a bit disappointing but to be expected. The real test is xmas and I feel fairly confident. A lot more venues have got themselves open now and that helps sales so it back to sleep for another three months.. I have a enough shares but it is a good time to take up a position for those new.
A lot to take in but I think I'm with you Spin, not too sure on the immediate short / medium share price impact.
Grain is clearly a good business brain, both where he made his money initially and then in beverages. The underlying business is strong and the loan is not an obligation to convert.
I have re read the whole rns and after careful consideration I think the proposal is sound. I think in time both parties stand to benefit and hopefully the small number of Pi's I intend to hold for now.
Thanks kev. Yes just appeared sometime this morning.
Looking through the detail still a lot to understand.
Spin, yes - small shareholders on AIM, without institutions holding the company to account, are treated rather shabbily to say the least.
A big fan of the way don has run the company in recent years, but this is a big investment on the side where the results will not become apparent for sometime, although there is a decent interest rate.
Although a lth I can see the share price going nowhere for 12 months, even with what I can see will be strong underlying earnings.
Despite all the confirmations on related party transactions, we are now deeply embedded and reliant on Grain.
I think it then comes down to whether we trust the business acumen of Don and Grain.
I have read now and think the plan is ok. This is a well managed outfit and so I shall continue to hold and await further updates
if I do not miss them!!
