Hi QD22,
“ And I hope HE1 was not too bad a ****. Hit! Dictation mode… :-)”
Thanks for the kind words. Hope you and others make a few bob. Re He1. I re-evaluated after they lost the drill string in the Karoo and sold the majority of shares. Made a six figure sum which was soon absorbed by one of the kids for a deposit for a house!
Still, I kept a few a He1 at 8p and bought some more following the drop at 7p just for the next ride!
Getting very interesting here. A close above 160 will indeed signal a long overdue breakout.
I still read all the RNS’s as I may buy back in at some point. I have a few large positions awaiting transformational news that I will sell some stock into to free up cash for some old favourites.
I managed to build a decent position in some divi stocks, mostly GLO to secure some much needed income as everything was in v high risk!
So hope to be back soon. Probably in the New Year.
Good luck with your investments
Trek
What a great ( hidden) company this is ...

This must be the best kept secret on AIM, a quiet board and keeps going steadily up. Hope I haven't spoken too soon! GLA.
Blimey , nearly 160 without news!

The Is good day .wide spread for sell price
BBC ran a piece on this trial a month or so ago, different play to DCTA's these are using raw graphene whilst DCTA's utilises unrecyclable plastic by the ton as well.
https://bigthink.com/the-future/uk-building-road-with-wonder-material-graphene/
First of its kind in the world? They haven't looked very hard at other graphene producers obviously! I wonder what the price per gram is for DCTA's tar additive...
Directa Plus (AIM: DCTA), a leading producer and supplier of graphene nanoplatelets based products for use in consumer and industrial markets, announces that a previously awarded contract for soil decontamination has now become effective for the Company's remediation subsidiary, Setcar SA ("Setcar"). The contract is effective from October 2021 for a duration of 12 months and has a value to Setcar of approximately €900,000.
On 19 June 2019, Setcar with two other parties signed a framework agreement for the "Execution of cleaning, remediation and ecological reconstruction works for the former Constanta Petroleum Products Warehouse" with OMV Petrom . The project was halted for more than two years, as a result of an archaeological site being identified within the decontamination site. The investigation of the site recently concluded and the project parties signed an Addendum to the contract, defining the estimated total value of the project, the scope of work and the contract has now become effective.
The Constanta Petroleum Products Warehouse is in the built-up area of ??Constanta, located on the Black Sea coast in Romania. The site is owned by OMV Petrom with an area of ??approximately 36,000 square metres. The scope of work involves the on-site decontamination of the soil and subsoil; bringing the concentrations of pollutants to the remediation thresholds from which they no longer represent a health risk for the population and the environment.
Commenting, Giulio Cesareo, Founder and CEO of Directa Plus, said: "Setcar is proving to be the 'go-to' supplier of petroleum and hydrocarbon remediation services in both ground and water in south east Europe. This is another good win and I congratulate the team behind the project."
Another good RNS and contract payment
Yes Trek, good results. Thanks for all your information, and comment, and for letting us know when you’re getting out. Most people don’t do that, but it’s helpful. Very grateful to you over the months for all your ideas. Have followed you in some things, including here, and profited. And I hope HE1 was not too bad a ****. Hit! Dictation mode… :-)
All the very best, and thanks again. QD
The results here are excellent and it show how diverse the company is and how well it is doing in getting orders for their stuff.
I think that this is a somewhat overlooked stock-as can be seen by the number of posters here. I am keeping tight hold of my shares as my view is that it will be picked up by the tipster and funds. I expect it to be twice todays price in a years time.
So consider carefully before you sell or if you haven't any get a few.
Good luck Trek and agree that your input here was always valued by me.
45p was a cracking buy in price! Think more to come here albeit at a very slow pace
Sorry to see you go Trek! Always valued your input here.
I have similar plans and have top sliced here to book some realised gains from a buy in at 51.5p. That money has also gone to income paying investments.
I don’t think I’m quite as far down the track as you though in terms of full switching so have still left a good amount on the table here for what will hopefully be a ride up to that Broker target as results were good and only underline further the progress and potential.
Post 1
Cenkos note:
Directa Plus, solid interims. Buy.
“Directa Plus has reported a solid set of interim results with revenues in-line but EBITDA loss and cash better than expected. This has been helped by a positive contribution from the Environmental services subsidiary Setcar of over €1.0m demonstrating the value of this key acquisition. This strong financial performance should help provide comfort on the company’s funding position. Combined with several relatively new commercial opportunities showing significant promise, we see Directa Plus as significantly undervalued and reiterate our Buy recommendation and 250p target price.
• Revenue up 41% to €3.95m which is in line with our estimates of €3.94m. Historical seasonality combined with the OMV 28 July 2021 tender, which was additional to our expectations, provides comfort that our revenue FY21E forecast of €8.4m should be reached if not exceeded.
• EBITDA loss reduced by 70% to €0.44m. This is significantly better than the €0.9m loss in our model and demonstrates the company is on track to outperform the €1.49m loss expectation for FY21.
Post 2
• Cash at period end €5.2m nearly €0.9m better than our estimate of €4.3m. Net cash (conservatively including lease liabilities) of €2.6m was also significantly better than the €1.5m. We believe this better-than-expected cash position should provide confidence the company is funded through to financial self-sufficiency as demonstrated in our forecasts.
• Grafysorber and Lithium Sulphur opportunities each support the group valuation. A collaboration with REDA Oilfield UK for the production and distribution of Grafysorber based products that started in May 2021 is the start of an international sales push for a product with huge potential. We can also see that in the battery space Nextech now disclosing partnerships with AMP battery management (a supplier to many brand name automotive companies), as well as the US military.
• We continue to view Directa Plus as a unique opportunity on the environmental and advanced materials space with a proven production technology, downstream application IP and solid commercial revenues and growth. With a confident outlook statement where “the Board considers the Group to be in a good position to grow and invest further” and our forecasts and valuation leaving significant upside, we iterate our Buy recommendation and 250p valuation”
For disclosure I have now sold having bought since 45p. These are a cracking set of results and my sale was forced. My plan was always to grow my capital with small cap investments and then flip to income stocks for my pension. DCTA and many others have helped me achieve that. TP still £4!
Good luck with your investments
I may be back one day!
Trek
