Is this boom or not ?

Why would a JV cover what?
Why would a JV cover it, unless mentioned up front in the RNS?
CTEA will need more funds, that is an odds on certainty, not least if they want to roll out their product with an expanded sales force.
That looks unlikely - the consideration is the warrants
True, but I did also ask them whether their £1m cash has already been spent due to their RNS on 16th October.
If they do need cash hope the JV covers this
if you check the sp using google you will see it went to 3.76p at 09:05am

Probably a question a company can't answer
Blackhive is no more likely to sell after subscribing for any warrants as the rest of us
CTEA lands a large order, the sp multiples. It won't have to employ staff to administer the Blockchain and App.
I think were still too undervalued, but i have a bit of concerns about funding and not receiving any reply from the company after 2 days now!
If a raise is to occur I hope they do it soon so we can just get back to over 8p.

Did you hear Boris yesterday saying there would be testing in place by end of the month so visitors of relatives in care homes can be tested / classed as key workers?
Trades are from 3rd of November and first two are sells.

Just been informed at work(Royal mail) mask to become mandatory and weekly testing start next week, see where we're heading??
a sea of red and the SP is back up over yesterdays close, strange
Bigbaddaz - not sure why you are still posting here if you don't believe in it, besides efforts to de-ramp to then buy in. Strange...
Regardless people are all hedging their bets on a huge multi million pound NHS contract which would be nice, but with a market cap of about £8million, even a few companies utilising it will let this share price sky rocket. Also its not limited to the NHS or the UK....
This tech is what the world needs, not just for Covid but all diseases. This is a multi bagger for sure. Be patient.
But as was pointed out to me, Innova wont be able to do the whole 100bn on there own that the government is putting up, a few companies will get a piece of the pie and hopefully CTEA/BHA are one of those companies
GLA
There was a chance this could multibag from 3p - 6p imo on news of a U.K. government contract for the new recent efforts being made by our government to increase testing. And to be fair the SP was gaining momentum nicely until yesterday’s news confirmed the government had signed a contract with Innova. No connection to BHA / CTEA Unfortunately.
No guarantee we will get NHS commercial revenue, but if we do sp will 10bag from here easily, we do have private sector revenues coiming going by 350k test kit sold, at £8m it no brainer imo
Taff, when do you think commercial scale revenues from any NHS contracts will start coming through?
