So plenty of people who bought from him off market in 2018 are prepared to admit that they did, yet nobody who bought after is willing to?
Utter bull
Chimers - he sold a lot of shares since that point 2 years 7 months ago.
No one will come on here and openly say they bought, but throughout the various groups that exist people have done. I hope that in the end it will become public knowledge that in fact he did sell shares, but it's up to those who bought to decide if they want to make that information public (hence why i'm not mentioning any names)
Make you wonder why he didn't leave sleeping dogs lie 2years and 7 month ago.
If you can explain that one B3ast I'll gladly come over to your camp!
Next update prediction - "the paying agents are continuing their work to resolve the anomalies with the share capital book. Progress has been made but there are still a few items to resolve. Once this has concluded notifications shall follow to shareholders. We anticipate this happening by week ending 24th May"
The only amount claimed to be in escrow was pertaining to the licensing deal as far as I remember. It was only fairly recently this was pinned down to $50m.
Why have none of Amit's 'updates' come to fruition? Because he just makes them up
"In a past update it was mentioned the DaaP ‘deal’ (whatever this means exactly?) was in escrow, and an announcement would ‘swiftly’ follow the licensing agreement payment"
Dictionary definition:
Swiftly: quickly or immediately.
It's clearly a different definition in Cloudtag's case!
Come on Whispering, get real, this is fake, no product was sold, no licensing deal, nothing, just someone updating the website , most likely not Amit.
Just bang your head against the wall, if you still believe bang your head against the wall, if no joy repeat.
I just can't believe anyone is still positive about any of this.
‘What hasn't clear for some time is what happened to the £225m (of $275m minus $50m) sale of the DaaP product? Is this dead, is it ongoing, what is the timeline for this payment....nothing.’
In a past update it was mentioned the DaaP ‘deal’ (whatever this means exactly?) was in escrow, and an announcement would ‘swiftly’ follow the licensing agreement payment
Hellie, the update from 17th April covered the DaaP sale payment :-
"The DaaP payment process will begin once the licencing payment process is complete, about which a further update will follow in due course"
Its been 2 years 7 months since the first press release about this 'deal'. The very first mention of a deal was in the press release dated 23rd September 2021 and the first press release about a financial "number" was the 23rd September 2022 stating a figure of $275m for the sale of the DaaP product. On the 2nd November we were told about a licensing deal for $50m that's part of the $275m deal.
On the 30th March 2023 then $50m was deposited in a Escrow account, so its been in this account for 13 months. Most Escrow accounts don't pay interest.
Since the 23rd Sept 2021 we've had 37 further press release updates including the latest on the 26th April 2024.
What hasn't clear for some time is what happened to the £225m (of $275m minus $50m) sale of the DaaP product? Is this dead, is it ongoing, what is the timeline for this payment....nothing.
I am convinced that we'll just see more and more updates without any resolution, and none of us will get a penny.
If HL had said they'd been contacted by an agent working on behalf on Cloudtag that might have been a bit more reassuring than them saying it was Cloudtag itself that had contacted them - that contradicts how Amit said it would happen.
Thanks for passing on the info though !
There's a fact, and it's a simple one Jayne. If no one is (verified) as being paid, at any point now or in the next 6 months, then all these supposed updates are clearly irrelevant, and the Amit supporters can defend him as much as they like, but the simple fact is payment (and contact to shareholders) has been promised (many times now), but as yet, it hasn't materialised, why?
H L -
Morning everyone, I have just spoken to Hargreaves, they confirmed that they received “ minimum contact “ from Ctag during mid March. I have been told I will receive a call back later from their corporate action department. I will post again later with any information that I am given.
Please don’t shoot the messenger, I’m just passing on the information I was given !

"Of course shareholders should get a detailed explanation, but you should ask yourself why is this never forthcoming."
Because there's a top-secret NDA don't forget. The thing he has hidden behind since this charade started!

“If you have not received any funds as prmised in say another 8 weeks time, what will be your view?”
Given the re-hashed updates during the past six weeks or so, then my views are at best were a knee jerk response from Amit in response to certain shareholders wobbles… additionally on social media.
I do believe we’ll get a payout eventually, though if we’re looking at beyond 8 weeks, other than just anomalies with the share capital book, I’d suspect there’s more at play and perhaps in connection with the alleged buyer of the DaaP (random thought here). Though shareholders should expect a detailed explanation from Amit.
I don’t believe there’s been any kind of fraud committed, therefore prepared to sit it out. As Trombone suggests many wrote it off ages ago.
Then they maybe be others who’d consider taking actions, which if you’ve a significant holding, then @$50 million a proportion is owed, and perhaps worth pursuing. Though chasing it is not for me personally …
"The most vocal and anxious appear to be the ones who claim to have no position!"
Do they? I think there are a fair few with shares that simply want paying, as promised for a good while!
Exactly, win/win
The most vocal and anxious appear to be the ones who claim to have no position!
I had written this off 7 years ago (not sure if I am intelligent), and then just by sheer accident a couple of months ago, I discovered that there was a supposed payout........still waiting, obviously but only for months and not years.
I just don't get it why ABH decided to fling the door wide open, and invite shareholders to question whether they will or will not get a return, as he could have just kept his trap shut and we would have forgotten about the little toad, and just put it all down to experience - a very bad one at that !!!
I'd guess Whisperings answer will be the same as most intelligent people, having written this off 7 years ago ago any return will be a bonus no matter how long it takes,if no return then nothing is lost since, for the umpteenth time of telling, most people have written this off a long time ago
Talking today,I only see a sea of green.
Whispering, I am not going to argue with you. I have my views, you have yours. The simple (and it is) fact at this stage is paying people as promised, multiple times, which has not occurred. I have stated before, that if he / the company / the paying agent/s pays someone, then it will address the issue, until then, I believe the updates have not been accurate, they have been and continue to be misleading.
A question for you...
If you have not received any funds as prmised in say another 8 weeks time, what will be your view?

Re your post yesterday and replies this morning… which I get your point in some respects, of re-hashed updates during the past six weeks or so…
16th January 2024
‘As disclosed on the 20th October 2023 and given the delays experienced during last year, ‘much outside of the Company’s control’, an enhanced payment for the DaaP sale has been negotiated… (c$4.5m)
$50m licensing fee - sat with agents awaiting payment to shareholders ?
Anomalies with the capital share book, from 2018 early 2019… ?
Shareholders asked for clarification on anomalies just last week, and we got it in Friday afternoon’s update.
Nevertheless I asked for you to ‘explain his motive for lying?’
I was interested in your views because I read the updates during the past 18 months as progressive.
It’s Amit’s responsibility as CEO to keep shareholders informed of company progression, whether you and others find such updates disagreeable - as the case maybe.
Given we’ve had current irregularities explained, then they need to be made accurate so no one person is disadvantaged, surely?
It’s difficult at times not to let our emotions get the better of logical reasoning… especially when certain folk on this bb post utter rubbish imv.
Courtesy of the twitter crew, it is Interesting that Shlomo now states :
‘to protect my reputation against the serious harm that would be caused by the making of false and defamatory allegations to third parties’
which can be interpreted as stating that Shlomo now believes there could be serious harm to his reputation with it being alleged that he has association with Amit Ben Haim ?
And now we have their previous ‘partnership’ being removed from ABH’s bio.
Suspecting that the only notifications that we will see of any value, will be those coming from Shlomo Ben Haim.
Whispering, if Amit Ben Haim or 'the company / paying agents' pays anyone eventually (including myself) in the next month (as promised), I will retract anything I have said on this forum and say I was wrong. I somehow feel I won't have to do that because, on the balance of probability, he won't based on the last 12 months promises.
