to potential upcoming rns... ..perhaps ...contract news ...IMS confirming progress ...director buys ...lots of Jam pls lol ...aoo/no advice intended
yes...Jam is distinct possibility tomorrow lol ..some selective quotes from curate's egg;- ...."The Board remain optimistic that we will see a continued improvement in operating profits for the coming year." ..."in the case of maintenance revenue we have seen steady growth. In addition, we have seen certain niche market applications coming to fruition. These indicators lead us to be optimistic for the year ahead and indeed this is supported by our results for the first quarter 2014."... ..."Overall, the Board continues, to view the prospects of the Group for the current financial year with confidence. The original philosophy and reasons for the integration of the CSS Companies into the Group remain, albeit that earnings growth has not been delivered as quickly as the Board had anticipated. The Group is now positioned to capitalise on its investment in product and services while exploiting our financial stability. We aim to grow organically and drive profitability with a view to increasing shareholder value. S J F Morley Executive Chairman" ...aaoo/dyor
2 c director's buy (perhaps the 60k@18p?)
.. and see, give it time.
..
Looks very undervalued on the surface to me ...maybe I need to look deeper
perhaps towards bottom end of Jolly's forecasts...no idea what the market thought lol ...it is Jam Tomorrow play imv...(disclosure: I'm still holding a little under 40% of my holding 3 days ago)
Yep, I sold out yesterday as pretty much every share i have held for the last 6 months or so has dropped on results. Will look to re-enter once the dust settles.
As we thought no new contracts announced for a while, no doubt costs have come through for previousley won work so next results should be a lot better. In the meantime cant wait another 6 months so im out.
Jolly - Is this better than the predicted forecast?
not impressive imv...if you isolate 2H... ..339,518 EBITDA full year - 279,418 !H = £0.06m Depreciation:: (108,491) - (55,316) so 2h EBITA is basically breakeven? ...pls check calcs/no advice intended
The results are positive and outlook is great but I agree, there is nothing significant to move the share price sharply higher at the moment. Note eps is 0.55p so historic PE is 36. I reckon the shares will stay in a tight range for a while but perhaps news on a new contract in the near future will change this? gla
I suppose they did warn us pretty average really dissapointing net profit.
Whilst the results are not stellar they are not too bad either so a bit of a score draw in my view. Will be interesting to see the market reaction today. Regrettably I think the price may drop a bit. GL
Will reserve judgement on your ramping till tomorrow.
Only appear when there is an RNS which is what is needed here.
u r most welcome
yes...but lol ...it was the rampers that provided the oomph imv
That was jollystupid lol. Still when it goes back down and the rampers cleared off that's the time to go back in.
most welcome lol ...no I was stupidly over clever and decided not to buy PEG...doh
Yeah got out earlier will wait till it drops a bit then go back in still lots of contracts to go there and will be in profit next half year results. Where is the flaming RNS here what they waiting for hope its a good in thought we would have had more contract news here as well. Did you get in PEG after.
well done on PEG (sure looks overvalued now.....but what the heck lol)
don't recall...sorry m8... ...(s)/he seems decent cove...ask her/him for clarification on NAR?
Off topic again sorry PEG. In the 80 million did he account for the directors holding as the chairman of PEG held 30% of Walter Hall so may not sell anyway.
