I am in for a small amount, It was SpaceX or Vistry, and I think that Vistry is a better long bet.

The fundamentals look OK to me, down from a peak of c.1200 = - 50-60%. Small drop in % lets

Divs look OK, or are they likely to be cut at some point?

Defo under valued and with a reasonable divi. happy to sit on this for as long as it takes.

Assuming constant fundamentals in 2025:

Divi at 3.8p

A 4% divi return would give (3.8x100)/4 = Share price - 95p

A 5% divi return would give (3.8x100)/5 = Share price - 76p

A 6% divi return would give (3.8x100)/6 = Share price - 63.33p

So what does the market want?

Yep, that looks to be so. I purchased in 08/2022 at 3.2695 giving me a div return this year of c.20%!

HSBA has been a true cracker for me.

Bad luck. I purchased at c.25 (now sold at 1 bag) and at c.27 which is now giving me 9.49% in divs. - very nice :-)

GOOD fundamentals and great div at c.7.5%.

Why is it being driven down? - a buy-out perhaps?

ABDN purchased 10% of total shares in a 2 tranche buy back last year.
