******!! Sold out a couple of days ago! Gutted. I never seem to be able to find out when the ex-div dates are
went ex-div last Thurs 12th Jan
Anybody know what the ex-divi date is for this one? Looks like a sound investment to me
report looks good, estimated 3.4p dividend is conservative, works out to about 1.5% based on my purchase costs, not bad as a first dividend, was hoping for a little more, but, better than a kick in the teeth for sure. Results look good, and hopefully a solid platform to move forward on and regain some of the lost ground to where the share price was at in early summer
Looked to me like a solid update, news all seemed good, sound results and squarely on track with what they forecast at the time of their IPO, business seems to be doing well across all dept's, yet the share price is suffering.... i'm assuming this is because the sector as a whole is in a bit of a slump. Only thing i would have liked was a hint towards expected dividend next year, at current prices, i might top up a little if i have the chance
coming up on 12th Oct....think it'll be good...hang on in there...buy up if you haven't. Expect a 15% return in a week!!
starting to feel very lonely, lol, and after brexit crash, it's taking it's sweet time to recover as well, this was an IPO punt for me, only about 1200 invested, was happy while it was sitting stably 40p up, but i guess should have seen the exit vote as a possible crippler, but, this hasn't recovered like others have, and still a way off till the first dividend i think, which is what i am interested in, feeling like a missed opportunity though to sell at 260-270 and buy back in after the brexit vote.
yeah, that is nice reading, i am liking the future planning and ensuring the provision of land and projects. Interesting read about the cancellations due to brexit now re-selling for more, and i'm sure there would have been some form of cancellation fee involved... .win/win I'm thinking i should have topped up last month while the price was a little lower and i had some spare cash, i've held from flotation, and happy with my buy in price, but mid-long term growth is looking healthy. Haven't seen anything mentioned anywhere regarding dividend yield, so i am especially interested to see what their plans are there.
... today
I decided to hold onto these for a little while, to see how they go, i don't have much tied up with them, so i can afford to wait and see. So far has been a fairly steady ride, and nicely over flotation price, so i'm in the blue :) Have to admit, i am interested to see how the dividend pans out for these, they sort of remind me of the way merlin stock rose steadily, to a nice point over original float price, although a slightly better dividend percentage would be nice, but, will have to wait and see
& gone. worth doing, but not particularly exciting.
another slice off the table.
a small profit banked from a third of my stake. & pretty likely to cash the rest in quite soon, i think.
