They haven't made enough of a profit to justify a significant share price increase. Businesses are not measured by revenue alone.
Very few trades on here! I thought we’d have a bit more movement day.
Yes but group revenue increased to 110 million and exceptional costs in restructuring account for 3.5 million .. they are making profit & clearly restructuring business priorities— Given the climate I would say doing OK .. the buyers of shares seem to say the same according to HL & London stock exchange..
Not sure I would agree, profit is down to 300k !
Better than expected income generating with many new developments in the pipeline .. Needs to move up price wise now
Hope So Bethany ..
Been thinking the same these last few days
Usual movements before a rise imo .. GLA
Could easily triple in price this week ...
even if it drops lower and you have to wait a bit over a year it looks a bargain.

I’m going to top up in the morning! Hopefully next Wednesday will bring good news and we’ll finally see some movement
The board are not aloud to buy shares within three months of any knowledge of price sensitive news and I just get the feeling we may now be hearing something positive soon. Only a gut feeling and not to be construed as fact in any way
Yes indeed 66 M
Bit of a hefty trade! Looks like a buy at 6.10!?
What do we think we’re going to see next Wednesday? A good year? Profit? Been here for years, never know what to expect with this one!! Been very quiet on news the past few months.
Some buys this week, hopefully will see this over 7 in a few weeks!

Nice answer Ramptastico - funny how things work out in a short space of time :D
Lucky I added yesterday. This company should not be at this price. Bargain.
Phoenix sold shares until the price hit 6p the strangely stopped....then shock horror the directors started filling their boots.
The wife of non exec director Mark Hamlin has purchased 400,000 shares at 7.01
Brings his interest to 1,436,589
The Chairman Sir Richard Lapthorne has purchased 500,000 shares at 6.75
I am happy to follow the directors. Lots of buying by them this afternoon.
Nice show of confidence from the board
