Since the new shares will be released pn the 10th July, is the expectation that the new shares are already baked onto the current share price or will it hit on the 10th July and the price falls to reflect the true price on the 10th July i.e. back to 3p?
For a business that seemingly needed urgent cash, they are surprisingly quiet and taking time perhaps to make the right decisions for all concerned? I am wondering whether there are bigger factors at play behind the scenes?

I'm still hopeful they can pull through this. They own IP and they have a solid product with revenues. Maybe the business model is not quite right but that is not insurmountable imo

I am just wondering whether this is a chicken and egg scenario I.e. where they have had such a large order come in but cannot fulfil it with the current funding arrangements so need to make the case for more funding. Is this viable?

I just read about this in the RNS: Ondo InsurTech seeks block listing for 10.4 million shares. Can someone explain what it means, is it a dilution of shares essentially and therefore share price ?
Can someone tell me how we get to an mcap valuation of c.45m today based on all the deals recently announced and actually what a fair valuation is based on all the warrants etc? Struggling to work this out myself so asking the experts here. Thanks
I'm holding with interest here but can anyone tell me why the shares peaked last year at the 30p level then climbed back down to 14/15p 12 months ago? Just curious about this.
