Thanks Klozza, got it out on Twitter for what's it worth but I'm hardly an influencer just yet.

Thanks for finding out
I dropped them an email and got this reply
I can confirm the date to for the trading statement is Tuesday 24th January.
Kind regards
City Pub Group PLC
Well it was 20th Jan last year but companies generally avoid releasing scheduled RNS's on Friday so difficult to say.
Has anyone got any theories on that strange 10% spike in the CPC sp last week? It seemed to be on no news and has drifted down since.
As for the TU for the FY, we know there have been a lot of setbacks in 2023 - energy price rises, train strikes etc - but hopefully that is mostly priced in after the sp has dropped through the year. The portfolio of pubs is strong, many people returned to work/going out, we sold some pubs on the way, the World cup boosted late year profits and I believe hotel bookings were good. Expectations are low so fairly positive news will hopefully be rewarded. Fingers crossed.
Cant*
When are results? I'm hoping they are tomorrow however can find any news.
January is always the quietest month for pubs as everyone is spent out due to the xmas period. Im personally looking forward to the Mosaic Pub And Dining news , hopefully will hear soon about the takeover. That will be massive for the portfolio.
...in the wind here?
It has been awful for ages and when I went to its Winchester outlets on the rainy evening of Jan 3rd, we were the only punters at the Westgate.and we were advised it will be like that right through Jan. Think the other one might get busier because it is more a student pub. AAnyway, I am sure quiet Jan is nothing unusual. Hopefully gentle upward tick from here now/
4 baggers from current point in less than 12 months
That is my take
Extremely cheap and you really don't want to be out of this come summer.
Few interesting posotive things happening in the background.
We have seen nothing yet
The share is alive !
Managed to buy back in yesterday at 70p and just seen they have bought more shares back today. Brilliant.
Tree shaking
22/11/22...
Share price on 0.70p what's going on ?
Why is there a limited buy on these shares ? Tried to buy not exactly a massive amount yet I was only able to buy half. Since then the shares have increased by 2p. I'm glad I was able to buy half though but would of been nicer to grab more !
Came across well. Sensible guy.
Going to take a while.

...your Xmas drinks party or miss out! Since they sold Southampton, my nearest is in Winchester but happy to book there to help out the SP!
Maybe things looking up here finally.
I'll drink to that!
Good news, the company picking up shares in itself at a low price.
Given the low volumes and the spread, this could drive the share mid-price to around 100p, Thoughts?
Are you sure,
We went into one of their pubs last weekend, it was busy, no staff so punters were behind the bar serving themselves, staff came out of hiding about 90 mins later, tbh it was a bit scary for our family, won’t be going back.
Where is the pub sector do you make a 300pct return in 1 second. Clicking buy.
We should take on some debt and buy more, that is what private equity would do
Over 12 months instead of dividend. Best they get buying.
Director's valuation of the estate was c.GBP150 million at 26 December 2021. Using that valuation as a benchmark, net asset value is c.145p per share.
Yet here we are
Been out for lunch today and the pub was rammed. This SP will definitely bounce on results day
Yeah , I'm going to have to think about buying soon. The retail sector has already come out and have said their results have been seriously poor , so maybe that will reflect here. Having said that from the photos iv seen from revs bars and nightclubs they have been heaving !
