Not sure if this has been asked yet but any indication how many have registered interest?
We may be able to give you a number tomorrow, but it looks like it’ll be a big number.
Thanks RBM well done everyone for showing your support!

I am guessing around 500 people will have registered with a average loss of , say £50k.
£25m loss.....The same amount that we borrowed via the bonds. !!!!!!!
Can we get a cheaper price rbm if oversubscribed.😉
The directors should be brought to justice, but sadly AIM allows things like this to happen all the time!
Hi RBM invest.
I sent my details across to Mr Cotter today and saw your email to him to send me some details, although I’m yet to receive any
Thank you
They are working their way through hundreds of applications - just to put it in perspective, over 50 applications came through AFTER the deadline!! Patience please.
This was main market
Wow. Thats some result. If that's True RBM, why not extend it till Friday, could have another 50 or 100 getting in. I am sure some people will biting themselves being indecisive and not joining.
I personally wouldn't want the deadline extended. There has been plenty of time for people to register so lets get this show on the road asap

Also having read through the BP appeal lodged on May 14th which is compelling, if they are successful does the bid/auction process begin again over a longer period? The time for the Stalking Horse bid arrangement was ridiculously short. IMHO DYOR
I would hope that the sisp could be run again but not sure on the chances. I still don’t get how the valuation of the company has been calculated. It doesn’t seem to include any oil so I don’t get why this couldn’t have been challenged by someone at some stage. It’s like the courts have taken the valuation that province have provided and just accepted it. At the end of the day this is all about the amount of oil we have or we don’t. If we have the oil why hasn’t it been included, if we don’t have the oil then this is out and out fraud. Also why are summit so keen to keep this as a going concern, why not just let it go bankrupt and then get their money back that way.
I had all my COPL shares in an ISA. When we win it back, is it then taxable?
Sorry TF, not qualified to offer tax advice.
CAG
Probs should have started a new thread. Was just to anyone who had thoughts/knowledge on the subject
Tbf it is a very pertinent question as a fair few holders, me included, hold the majority of shares in a ISA tax wrapper.
Perhaps something to discuss once we go live…..
I guess and it's only a guess that we will be compensated according to our actual losses, therefore no tax.
If we also win compensation for future loss of profits and or stress caused then that may be a different matter. If shares held in isa I would say no. Interesting points for discussion 😮
If you win, RE a litigation claim, it's not taxable which is a positive. No chance in hell anyone will be compensated for future losses or let alone "stress". Be lucky to receive X pence on the pound at the end of it all.
Says jimbob the super duper lawyer. Hahahahas 😂👌😮
I wouldn't say super duper, just well versed, and enough to offer an opinion concerning the comments in the chat.
Well versed lol, where do they come from lol hahaha lol😮. Pmsfl😂
