I think we need clarification on what costs, and from whom, are no win no fee.
AND what costs might we be expected to be paying £500 per hour ...!
I have received my email with info and will certainly be proceeding to try and get justice from this shower for all the sleepless nights caused and Thousands lost!
I'm with you Duster. Willing to pay but need some kind of reassurance that we will get something back. I would also like to know expected timescale as, like many others, time is not on my side.
Chick.
Hello RBM
I have not received any confirmation from legal team so far but this is to confirm that I am in
No fee for Mr Cotter. He needs to pay for additional legal advice.
We all know that we have been robbed and we want our hard earned back at least 😮
I am willing to pay towards legal costs - however before I do I would like to know a) what the % chances of legal success is , b) if successful then what is the chance of actually extracting £m's from the robbers.
As these culprits are very cunning foo. Kers that probably will have most of their assets / money hidden and in family members names 🤔😮.
But I am certainly willing to pay my share if have reasonable / high chance of success.
I guess the law firm involved think we have and are not thinking that we are suckers and here is a nice little earner for them - I don't think that's the case as they are respectable Lawers, so this kinda looks like a no brainer really 😲
LET'S GO GET THE BAR STEWARDS!!
Just logged on.
What's this about a cost to Mr Cotter.
That wasn't how I read a No win. No fee
I've lost £50k. I believe our case is v strong so to chip in 1% to stay in the game seems reasonable.
Thing is, I don't just want my losses back. I want a fair share of the company I invested in. I hope this is what the class action is all about.

Idiot I sent mine , to coplsharewatch ,corrected Now .GLA
I think people are a little bit shocked as there is a costs associated with the 'no win, no fee'.
Ultimately, it is on Mr Cotter to advise via Zoom what the steps are, why there is a fee and will the costs be capped, timelines, targets etc. I am assuming a lot of the due diligence has already been undertaken.
The estimated losses will be far in excess of £11m - That's based on a average of £25k a person, in reality it will be much higher.
I would advise ALL COPL investors to attend the zoom meeting before deciding to NOT pay the £100-300 fee. It's only a small percentage of your losses and doing nothing will certainly result in your losses being crystalised.
I see the usual suspects are attempting to discredit the legal action. I've recieved my email (checked spam folder), and I fully intend to participate.
However, I understand if some peoples' losses are small, and they may not wish to participate.
For those, who have registered thier interest, and recieved the email from Mr Cotter, you can see how serious this legal action is.
Combined estimated losses registered so far amount to £11,250,000 (exluding possible additional compenstation)
I mean I definitely will. we just witnessed them give away the entire company to summit in exchange for the 40m of debt do you really feel that's what the company was worth. if there is even a chance of getting half of what I invested back its worth fighting for rather then roll over and play dead. thanks RBM for still giving us a glimmer of hope that justice will be dealt to these bunch of vipers.
Mine was in my junk from “Joel Barry”, signed off by Mr Cotter. 👍
Apologies folks, but I obviously don’t have access to their email account to check anything.
Can I ask that anyone who has not yet received an email to send
NO EMAIL RECEIVED
to coplaction@ceclegal.co.uk
who in their right mind will throw more money at this without knowing that there wont be any further costs incurred !! "no win no fee" i'm sorry, but i read that as no fee !!! - now i'm being told that the more money i have lost in this ****e show, the more money i have to front up for feeeeees !!! - this stinks to me !!!
I am a pensioner who, because of the theft of my savings have very little left. It would be a real act of faith to part with more money that I can now ill afford to lose in pursuit of these thieves. There can be no guarantees here and it would be an awful scenario to contemplate losing even more money if the case is lost. I really don't know what to do. My wife is not happy.
Now I look, I have not received an acknowledgement. In fact I have sent my details twice to coplaction@ceclegal.co.uk and have not heard back.
RBM - email sent to that address April 8th from my Yahoo.co.uk account
"RBM I too have registered with coplaction but have not received the latest email.”
I haven't received it either.
No.
No
Without mentioning your email address, can you tell me the provider? Is it AOL?
RBM I too have registered with coplaction but have not received the latest email.
