Hey Rise I have taken a position in GRL but not to the expense of Clon. I still have a good profit in Clon but I am not in Clon for trading purposes, It’s too illiquid for that. Its a long term speculative investment based on my knowledge of Africa and in particular Ghana, also hence why I have invested in GRL as well. I did extremely well out of solg about 3 years ago missed GGP but GRL will imho be a great short term trade or long term whichever! Clon looks to get interesting end of Oct will will have election and hopefully if the MAS get back in things will progress quickly. Ghana meetings probably November time, maybe the BOD will look to do a round trip. Cheers
Yes, it's no fun Risendshine,.....still sitting on an AAOG shareholding myself, that is deep underwater,.....that's why I believe, in having a spread of investments,...won't be selling AAOG though, or buying anymore,....." till death, do us part ", as they say.

It can get fairly distressing for people watching their hard earned disappear on here. I always work on the basis that "you haven't lost anything till you sell" and/or after a loss "look for the bottom and use it lower the average". For me at the moment KOD and GLR are worth doing a bit of research into but selling at a loss to buy into them or anything else is never a good idea to me. GL :)
Did a quick cheeky trade on sng was in and out within 40mins, result 17%
Thought you would of Ray but I know you pick excellent companies when investing with great fundamentals which is key to this game I suppose, I’m also watching SNG as that’s been dropping back on positive news and Covid rises that has potential to fly again imo
Yep, had my losses too just like everyone else.
Icarus, thank you thats my plan to get my capital back and trade with risk free money that would be ideal the sad thing is I now need a 4 bag to get to where I started!! Only if I did that before I wouldn't be in the mess i'm now in, and if I held EUA i'd of been laughing once upon a time I had 1million shares at 1.44p, I actually think CLON is one of the best value shares on the market right now at there current price and to think on one RNS giving the ratification this will be trading at 2p plus, thats 5 bags from the price today! Where else can you get a return like that in the coming months there's not many shares like that around, I've always followed massiveray on the boards and I can't tell you one share he has made a loss when I have followed (i'm sure there are haha) what I love about CLON is that it is the one share I can potentially buy before the herd which is why my objective is to load up asap here the soonest as even the herd are following the likes of COPL ect. this is under a lot of peoples radars atm imo. Good luck all holders here hope I can join you soon, hopefully before the big RNS and well done for staying put unlike me, have learnt a lot of lessons though.
Sam, if you do manage to recoup some of your capital and are in a position to invest in Clon and BMN, and if you make a decent return, then take out your original investment and free carry the rest. Easy to say, harder to do, but if you manage it you'll be able to start building a risk free portfolio and have a fund to trade with.
Icarus you are right and wrong I’m happy to hold long term but atm am so much down on my capital I need it back ASAP then I’m happy for long term holds for a year or more, doing what I’m doing isn’t working atm and as I’m panicking more I’m losing more I need to buy and hold somewhere for a few months and then come and find longer term holds like CLON, COPL, GGP, EUA, Alba and BMN. To grow my investment longer term with a lot less risk
MassiveRay, fully agree BMN is undervalued, but not one for Sam imho. Its a share to hold long term, and Sam has commitment issues once the honeymoon is over.
Thanks for your help Ray much appreciated I have always watched where your invested (not in a creepy way lol) and 99% of the time you get them bang on which gives me real faith where your invested, Anyway as you say back to clon
still holding ggp wouldn't surprise me if we hit 30's soon enough. Sorry for the off topic everyone, back to clon.
Also I like the fact CLON is very steady and hovers between 0.40 and 0.50p usually strange today it’s in the 0.3’s but still 0.40p to buy
I know I remember us talking and saying 20p would be good by year end and now its nearly had an attack on the high 20’s the other week, do you think GGP is still good I think it’s probably a bit like EUA got potential but had its major rises (I could be wrong)
not to go on about it, but seriously think where you would be if you held longer? For instance you were in ggp at some point and look it now
Cheers Ray that is most helpful!! Any other tips leave them here as they get lost on the COPL board ;)
bmn has been unloved, however a superb buy at the moment, considerably undervalued!
Massiveray any others that your invested in that are primed for take off what about BMN?
Cheers Massiveray, Will try and get out of SYME on the next RNS as long as at even money or above I won’t sell at a loss I can’t afford to
Split sam.
Wanting to know would you say here or COPL is a better investment as I know you are both reputable investors or shall I split it?
