Well I decided to buy more ! Oil prices has to rise at some time,
If staff can work from home and there is work to do then they don’t qualify to be furloughed and therefore are not eligible.
The vast majority of Companies are furloughing staff even Directors. Is CLNR different? If so why?
In order for Cliff Natural Resources to come out of this crisis in good health the management need to consider their own situations carefully and give something back before it is too late!!
Now is the time for everybody to pull together including company directors
Unless drill decisions are being announced I think it fair to assume it is not business as normal so there is opportunity to make some cost savings ie wages
If you add to that some directors share purchases that would improve sentiment also
But to sit on ones hands for weeks on end is unacceptable and not fair
Hiatus in some businesses FD, the world still needs to keep turning through this. I can see exploration taking a back seat for the foreseeable though.
It goes without saying there is going to be a hiatus in Business for some months and Human resources will/are being furloughed whatever.
Time for an announcement Graham!!
Offer coming in from PMG Maybe?
Holding approx £13 million in cash
Mkt Cap £9 million
Be crazy if PMG don’t take us out now

Dream in Scooby...... Go build some lego
I concur FD
The board should come out and declare some significant pay cuts and or back the company by buying some shares
They should not be offered any more share options at lower prices
Shareholders have suffered enough now is the time for you directors to give something back
Let’s see how much you care for your shareholders
Why would PMG want this?

No might about it
Might have something to do with the fact that the world is in lock down.
CLNR are in a mess along with everyone else
Shell won’t in my opinion be in any rush to do anything anytime soon yet we get an rns stating operations continue as normal yet no formal rns with any drill decision and we are now in Q2
Mind you they could always drop a rns on Friday when nobody is watching
Apparently a buying Frenzy going on at Parkmead group according to one poster there, lmfao
72,000 shares bought at PMG what does that make us then Today? Top of the pops? Lol
Amazing how the doomsayers crawl out of the woodwork. Have they been asleep the last month.
What would be uplifting is GS and co announcing a reduction in Salaries. Come on Execs follow to lead of many Companies, Banks included (even though instructed by BoE)
Q1 is up so where is the RNS Mr S? This share is in free fall now with no end in sight. Either he says something or we are doomed. No doubt the virus will be blamed. Where are Shell in all this? Time for answers whether good or bad.
