The timing of cancelling the agreement is suspicious in the extreme. If the clinical trials prove successful in relieving the symptoms of the virus then the product will be worth a fortune. Their share price has already seen a huge increase. Before the virus got going badly I emailed the CFO of Circassia for an update. He kindly replied that it was indeed subject to the courts so could not comment. Hopefully therefore Circassia have hired superb lawyers as clearly the results of winning a case concerning a drug that works against the virus would involve huge damages to Circassia . Now is not the time for them to settle out of court !
No, it looks like it’s a beyond air product, licensed to Circassia. My point is beyond terminated it’s agreement 19 Dec 2019 just as Covid 19 was becoming known to the world. Have they had a better offer or do they want to keep all the profit by removing the middle man. Think we all know how big this is, if the product is successful. Imagine Cir share price if they win the case. (Should there be one).
Any views anyone. Circassia won’t keep us updated. DYOR.
Is there a suspicion Beyond Air are covertly using technology developed by CIR to combat COVID 19?
19 December 2019, Cir lost its agreement to sell LungFit PH, timing seems a bit suspect does it not. Cir are going to defend its position vigorously. Was the agreement cancelled because Beyond Air knew what was coming. .? See below. Is LungFit PH the same is similar to LungFit Bro. ?

These are spproved drugs for respitory conditions. Thrycwill not be affected by recession.
Post-mortem examinations in China of individuals who have died after contracting COVID-19 have revealed that areas of the lungs are being filled with a sticky mucus that literally prevents the patient from inhaling as there is no space for the air to enter.
Asthma is a disease that affects the airways of your lungs.
Circassia’s novel NIOX® products are used to assist asthma management around the world.
Circassia market the products directly in the United States, United Kingdom, China, Germany and Italy!!
Interesting connections and possible opportunities during difficult times.
I guess RG's feet are wet
Well that’s it we are now about to enter a recession. So the investors on here will have to sit tight.
If your just gamblers. Would get out now and protect what you have. Good luck to all.
Especially the guys still in work.
This is the Stock Market. Seasoned investors over time have seen dramatic events, possibly not quite so bad as the one we are in the middle of, with more to come.
.
What a joke!
Me too!
I am still here too. Topped up just below 20p adding to my original purchase of 18.5p as I was rather surprised to have the opportunity. This has had a pretty big retrace from almost 30p considering the potential/broker ratings. This and SNG 2 of my favourites. GLA and as always it’s all IMO.
YBS have stopped there live buys and sells do you know anywhere else to get free live list
Im still in B J
Ave a look at Market Screen site and you may see all major holders. The free float is tiny. Cannot see any recent new large holders. Interesting.
There’s obviously been a seller in the background with the lots of 12.5k; 25k; 50k etc trades throughout the last few weeks. Has this seller now cleared?
Hope we get a TR1 to see who’s been picking up these shares and perhaps confirmation that Invesco are gone.
I have only in the last month found this company and invested at an average of 26p. Unfortunately had no spare cash when it fell back to 19/20 as had intended to invest more. Whilst the China virus may well cause a blip in sales, I believe it is well placed to succeed given its products, markets and board. I emailed the FD this morning as I noticed two Chinese vacancies on the vacancy page and am keen to know if the full sales force or close to it is up and running in that country. Am awaiting a response
12.25% increase and deathly hush from all (except me)
I should have thought the Chinese connection expanded last month a good thing bearing mind what they do
Bought more today
Volatility caused by virus and weakness in world markets. Invesco still have their 4% according to Market Watch
it for sometime, think market is worried about Corona virus and Cir has some operations in China.Unless we get a clear picture we cant pin point exact reason.
I hope so, just doubled down on my original investment on this morning's dip - gla
