'.. convinced there is a clear path to profitability'.
It is very clear now that with the (overdue) changing of the guard we are in for a very good few months. Fingers crossed and please lets hope that Duaklir makes some in roads into the US.
Good to see support from external investment companies - looking very positive and that chart looks so encouraging..

12 million sell . One fund manager has made a nice profit if they bought at 19.
Rec post JAdam . Some big trades again today and we might finally be rid of the shackles.
Doesn’t seem logical to the humble PI, but they’ll have their reasons for selling. Could be to meet fund redemptions or it could be that they’re offloading anything that they and Woodford have touched. This has been mentioned previously and makes sense, and indeed, they’ve been reducing their position for some time, which has probably been a significant factor in why the price has fallen so significantly. With that said, what better time to sell than into a rise, especially if you’ve got a huge position to close, which requires liquidity? Invesco selling is entirely unrelated to the quality or performance of CIR, in my opinion.
As mentioned below, I agree that more than “modest” sales of Duaklir are vital if this company is to recover. Let’s not get carried away here. Nothin is a sure thing, although I’m very comfortable holding for now, along with RG, Oryx, LO, and various directors.
It doesn't matter what news they report an institution sells into the rise
WHY ????
CFO departure today follows departure of CEO and SVP R&D. That triumvirate had been together for a long time...
We now have a completely different leadership team who i) have a demonstrable track record of success 2) are properly incentivised to drive proper value 3) have their own paid up skin in the game and 4) have worked together before.
Key IMHO remains Duaklir numbers 6-9 months post launch.
FYI ALL - Litigation matter is somewhat of an irrelevance and I would not worry a jot about it.
Heres to a very HNY and wishing all the best to the new Leadership team.
Just bought over 11000 now is the time to buy a.m. share market is going up as well. (Perfect storm).
Many thanks for that JA. Added that to my info magazines list. Belated new year greetings.

Alliance News
(Alliance News) - Adams PLC on Friday said it has raised its holding in Circassia Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
Adams, which invests in AIM-listed companies, bought 2.4 million shares on Thursday at an average price of 19.0 pence per share for a total investment of GBP456,229. It brings its holdings in Circassia to 3.1 million shares, an 0.8% stake.
Circassia shares were up 1.4% at 19.70p on Friday morning in London.
The follow-on investment comes after Circassia early in December forecast revenue for 2019 to be between GBP60 million to GBP65 million compared to the GBP48.3 million in 2018.
Following the purchase investment, Adams has a cash balance of around GBP1 million, it said.
Shares in Adams were trading flat at 5.00p each on Friday morning in London.
