We seek him here, there and everywhere to explain why we are in this mess.
seeks it here,he seeks it there, our Stuart seeks a listing everywhere.
Yep - merely to delay investors seeking redress in whatever form that may be.
There must be an ulterior motive for all this, it make no sense to keep it in the air otherwise.
SB has something up his sleeve... will the current shareholders benefit???
Another Monday without the promised news on revenue.
I notice that on CIC Capitals investors page that the title is there (Revenue Summary to Sep 30, 2020 ) but no PDF to go with it.
He’s probably hiding in the hills citing that there is nothing to report which is the same old garbage we have been told all these years. Thinks a new look website will keep us entertained in the meantime. You couldn’t make it up!
I think the website looks poor. It looks like it has been designed by an accountant.
I emailed Stuart with my views, for what they are worth, but said at least he should fix the obvious typo. I haven’t had a reply.
Another Monday without news?
We have suffered long enough.
We need definite news yay or nay so we can get on with our lives and the good people on the other board can be put out of their misery.
Websites don’t cut the mustard. We want some listing action. Too many years have gone by with empty promises and missed deadlines. It’s not even funny anymore.
This site has been updated and improved.
http://www.cicangel.com/index.html
Audited Financial Statements YE Dec 31,2019 and the Management Discussion & Analysis YE Dec 31,2019 PDF's are now on
the CIC Capital web site.
We had a 9 month interim financial report to 30.09.19 so I'm assuming the audited year end mentioned would be 31.12.19.
No I have not dumped syme.In fact bought a few more million .That company I hope is going to make me rich (I hope)
We haven’t got to the end of 2020 yet so where are these results taken from ?
I asked Stuart if there was any news.

Do you reckon the resident ramper on here is one of those on advfn?
Best Stuart not say much to shareholders at this late stage of the listing process.
24 Dec 2019: We withdrew our original prospectus (due to the increased corporate activity) and refiled a new prospectus. This is now available on SEDAR (Canadian Portal). This is now a very advanced prospectus as had a few readings from regulators and adjustments. The updated prospectus was required as CIC was elevated to Their 2 Investment by TSX.
Kindest Regards
Stuart J. Bromley
We refiled a new prospectus CIC Capital Ltd on 23 Dec 2019 with the increased revenue (fundamental change). So we have three months to get it approved or new application.
The reading, reply and response is advanced. Once approved we need to go through the TSX review so a way to go yet. Basically you follow regulator and exchange time lines, all you can do is respond.
If successful CIC Capital will the the first advisory firm on the TSX.
Also on the 3 January 2020, CIC received approval and business license for Luxembourg Securitisation. Extremely difficult to obtain and we are the only smallish company to be granted securitisation approval. This is where a lot of deal flow and revenues will be driven from.
since then (other than accounts) ?
We can nowt but hope.
If this listing attempt fails we are dun for.
Maybe try and launch CIC Gold with a new name.
Wishful thinking
I presume Stuart is too busy getting the listing finalized to have time to talk to us long-suffering shareholders.
If there is a 6 month timeline in place Doug we need to take it up before 18th September.
Not sure we have ever been on track!
lost track a bit here, is there not supposed to be a decision by the Canada regulator on the submission within 6 months, which is up sometime Sept ? Is that right...
