Ha that guys known ramper, he holds higher, pumper of chesterfields, be carefull
Investingenius,
i would change your alias name, because you are not a genius in investing
Very much doubt this mornings selling was stops. Large rounded and spread apart.
Yep and often they reset the order book. Sellers get flushed and then off we go. Fundamentally i think lots happening behind scenes with offtakers and this bid being confirmed
These capitulation plays can be very rewarding.
Punters getting stopped. Its a tough market
However anyone buying sub 3p is going to make ALOT of money in the weeks ahead
My feeling unless business is followed through too sale then placing would be needed, real let down this company, always research senior staff Carl not great, usual culprits on twitter pumping it Andy doc Sunday roast.
Worth a punt at £12.5m Mcap with those assets.
They'll be on a golf course somewhere.
Placing RNS monday IMO. 2p
Inag,
yes it is turning downwards
Lots of assumptions being made. I suspect they are wrapping up the bid and they are in fact selling coal. There is probably a reason for the silence and us investors are governed by different rules than the bod so maybe ca't under stand
Its certainly frustrating thats for sure but i expect it to turn soon
They owe out millions to some of the investors in this company . Who ever lent them money i guess will get this company for nothing. When it goes Bankrupt very very soon they’re not selling any Coal otherwise we would have been notified . There is no Bidder that was just to move away from them taking another million to pay back some of the last loan by the same investor or shareholder. There are millions of free Performances shares out their looks like trying sell S much as possible till goes BUST
I think the company has really let shareholders down so far
I am tempted to average myself
I think many holders have been selling at a loss here, and i have to admit that at these lowest on record prices,
i took the plunge and averaged down a little today, im now at £0.047 per share even though my
buy shows as a sell.
The assets are all there (if the pictures are to be believed), so I hope ive done the right thing,
i just think this share price is being held down due to poor management,
such as not communicating and informing shareholders on whats going on.
they really need to get their act together otherwise this sp will drop further still.
GLA
They may well be if they were sucked in with the takeover bid hype.
No massive amounts tho.
Just like there were no sales.
Run by crooks.
Coin flip.
They come good with the buy out, or it's lights on placing time.
Though this has been very frustrating with all the waiting around and false rumours etc.
If they do what they say theyre going to do, than by next week
this share price should be flying very very high,
Massive resources just waiting to be shipped out.
The clock is ticking Carl, dont let us down.
The Countdown begins........
You really do have to ask yourselves what sort of governance the UK markets have, if the rules in place mean this person is a fit and proper person to run a UK listed company?

Look at the companies they’ve worked for, all fooking failures. Esprey is just a whopper in a suit
They're going to have to raise again if they want to fund additional washplants in order to meet the alleged demand for their product. That's why they put out the info about the bid to try and get the SP up and that's why they've posted that post today on X, again to try and get the SP up. Unfortunately the market can see through the utter bull**** and their pathetic attempts to pull the wool over people's eyes. Hence the falling share price.
If something positive does come along and we see 7p,8p, even 10p+, then great, fanastic, hallelujah. But I just don't see it happening, not with the current board in place.
Also, some of these sells are pointing to the deal being off. Trying to offload without too much movement in the SP.😡
