RSI on spot gold is now the lowest it's been for 12 months, sits at 24, gold is seriously oversold on a technical basis, it has bounced hard from such conditions historically. I would imagine the shrewd are buying producers like CEY right now.
I'm not short but it's a good shout short to medium term. Dyor
The gap is down isn't it? Dyor
All in at 107p. We have nice gap in the chart above us between 110.6-112p area. My average is within the gap. Good enough for me.
FireAnt,
I've just checked on IG and they are not accepting any spread bets on Centamin.. which is weird ?

Quite often monsoon and gold discount happens at the same time.
Adrian77,
What price will you be buying in at ?
I think traders are looking for between 102 to 104p. I can add more, but there are now loads of gaps above and the price I've paid is OK by me. It's long term and I'm hoping for gold above $2000 by year end. The US doesn't want a strong dollar with all it's debt, or rising interest rates, but it does want to erode the value of that debt. I wouldn't want Jerome Powell's job.
Let's see how it all plays out.
I can not recall ever seeing it that low. Very rare to dump gold $120 within a month.
Second tranche bought 107.4p. Two more to go.
Adrian77
You’re a breath of fresh air .
Not sure why you’re on the forum though?
In. Just under 107.4p :)
Due to all in sustain costs are between 1600 - 1700. Dyor
As stated $1750 near. Not sure where you have been but this is not the highest point in history. all in costs Inc stakeholders scalping means cey are barely breaking even at these prices.
82p fair target perhaps now....dyor
Down goes the share price, up goes the volume.
We’re good here the recovery is just taking longer than expected..
Blatantly holding the market up in broad-daylight and without any fear of reprisals. - As I've said before, the bad-guys have won and there's nothing that any of us can do about it. - When the political system and the Law are embedded into the system that allows such daylight-robbery we can only stand and watch in amazement.
I was thinking of something along those lines. Why is the price of gold going down? Is it because America and other countries want to buy gold cheaply to add to the reserve gold they are supposed to have? BUT if the price is going down like this, then surely Russia and China will be be adding to their reserves as well???
So, a long waiting period for physical-gold for delivery. - You can't get it. - A premium has to be paid if you want to join the waiting list. - All of this and the price goes down. - Beautiful symmetry. - I wonder if this equation is taught at Economics school?
I give up, sorry folks.

This article by Alasdair Macleod from Goldmoney makes interesting reading - in it he makes a compelling case for a rise in gold prices in line with the Basel 3 protocols that are coming into place in Europe at the end of June 2020 and the UK towards the end of this year - https://www.goldmoney.com/research/goldmoney-insights/the-geopolitics-of-gold
My apologies if you have already seen it - it would be good to get the views of some of the more seasoned individuals on this bulletin board re its contents.

Yes Mr Tibbles.
Strange seems the commentary has disappeared.
Will try and find it again on Kaiser Report.
Hi Mr Bond,
You may be aware that the link isn't working?
