With no news/guidance it is indeed difficult to assess matters.
Of late, the periods between draw downs have increased and the amounts taken reduced.
Does this mean an increase in cashflow or less spend on business development (or something entirely different)
Who knows?
For what it is worth, if Crescita feels confident to back them with a further injection of cash then, based on the presumption that they know more than I do, I will gamble with a decent top up, despite the obvious dilution.
Of course, it will be with money that I can afford to lose.
This is not a recommendation, merely pure speculation on my part.
I'm out of pocket also. What is frustrating is the radio silence. There hasn't been any news since the restructuring in late 2022. No updates on the status of existing deals, or any new deals.
So, quite a lot of us are out of pocket here, myself included.
Not much comfort I know, but, Crescita Capital current losses are eyewatering compared to mine
and, possibly, yours?
I will see this through to the end. Just hope it is not too bitter!
Well one of them better come good, I’m so far underwater with this and no point selling at such a loss.
Didn't this have 14 projects, with any one of them potentially transforming the company?
Hopefully after financials we have a better idea where this dog is going.
I think financial results are due at the end of April
If we dont get some good news soon, this is going to dissappear up its own ar#e
As Private Fraser exclaimed, were all doomed
Ok, thank you! That’s somewhat positive but I guess nowhere near enough to cover running costs, let alone positively impact S/P.
Thank you NK for sharing!
Today must be officially All time low for the share price. Is there absolutely nothing going on in this company.
Just when I thought it can’t possibly deplete any further, it did deplete further, much further!
Any updates, anyone please?
Thanks
" A Notice of Foreclosure" sent to G2. Looks like Cloudbreak wants its money back or else. What a balls up

Not good
G2 share price back to where it was - bummer
Me neither! Haven’t completely lost my mind to think that averaging down on this is going to make any difference.
Ditto 90 something percent down….can’t see a point topping up until we hear news
90.47% down on original investment today! Complete disregard for investors! At least Dick Turpin wore a mask!
However, in January G2 announced a private placing to acquire $1.5m. The offer closed on 30 Jan, but no subsequent news. I hope that the recent settlement will be followed by positve news about the placing. Plus remember that Cloudbreak are concerned about the dilution of its own investment with G2. Cloudbreak should now issue a statement
Finally some good news. Thanks for sharing Lukem.
Hoping CDL's recent attendance at the mining investments events in Cape Town and Toronto also stirred up some interest from inverstors.
Good News
https://www.marketscreener.com/quote/stock/G2-ENERGY-CORP-39143200/news/G2-Achieved-a-Capital-Settlement-Against-Trivista-43214033/
The Company hopes to allocate certain capital received under the Settlement Agreement to Cloudbreak’s Discovery PLC Debenture quarterly interest payments and to commence immediate work on two Masten Unit priority wells that are down due to pump wear and tear. G2 expects this work will quickly add 30 BOEPD from the workovers and at today’s oil prices would generate approximately an additional $70k per month of revenue production.

Share price up 100%. Remember that G2 stopped paying Cloudbreak royalty payments.
Except, I am in the wrong country for that, I’m afraid!
