Even more of a mystery why he paid 2p for stock yesterday when the price to buy currently is sub 0.4p, I took some at 0.356p as a punt at the open but still looks quiet.
CEO resigned, 33.3% spread but no further d/d of equity since 27.01.23. Is this good news? Anyone care to comment?
I wonder if he will continue consulting CDL and getting paid handsomely for it, as this is what he has been doing all along. He has only resigned as a Director and a CEO but no mention of terminating his consultancy services. If he has just put another person at the helm but still remains and continues his consultancy work in the background, that suddenly doesn’t sound like a great change, IMO.
Such an important post I had to say it twice!
Andrew Male was also Chairman of Love Hemp. A company with so much potential and ended up completely shafting shareholders who ended up with nothing

Possibly a turning point Troajan, but I guess it depends on what Kyler does with his 19% of the CDL shares he owns. If anything.
Anyone know why he's gone yet?
Male is an experienced Director and Executive Officer of public and private companies in the resource and investment sectors. A former Founder and Chief Executive Officer of a TSX Venture Exchange Top 50 Company Ranked 9th, Mr. Male guided the company through the initial financing phases, project acquisitions, deployment of exploration programs, development financing, transitioning mining assets from greenfield to brownfield and the acquisition of adjacent producers and eventual sale to Private Equity. As a seasoned Director and Officer, Mr. Male has sat on a number of Boards and worked with multiple companies in varying capacities.
Presently, Mr. Male also works with several Family Offices and specific investors that seek access to an array of transformational opportunities. Presently he is a Director/Executive of a privately held gold development company in Nicaragua, an Associate of Columbus Energy Partners, an incubator and accelerator in the energy sector. Mr. Male also serves as a Director of Global UAV Technologies Ltd., World High Life plc and Clarity Gold Corp. and Managing Director of a privately held Corporate Finance and Investment entity

In my humble opinion, with a stock decline of c90% over 12 months, poor communication equates to poor management. Not that any of this is a concern to me, it was always a gamble and one that might yet pay off.
Two wrongs make a right, not.
We don't know its poor managment because they haven't told us anything. Poor communications OK. I'll go along with that.
Yeah, that must be it! The shareholders talking the price down!
Nothing to do with the poor management and the silent and absent CEO!
Keep talking it up boys, it's working 💪
Who needs derampers when the holders are doing it themselves.
If I had realised Andrew Male was on the board of directors I would never have bought into this company , what happened at Love Hemp was extremely poor management , as soon as I am anywhere near breaking even on this Im out. I fear I may have a long wait though and I wont even consider averaging down
Less than a month ago, I dithered about buying additional stock on the basis of the price must surely have hit rock bottom. I decided not to do so. If I had, I would have lost c30% on that tranche. I find it difficult to imagine any existing shareholders, who almost certainly will be nursing sizeable losses, buying into this stock. At the moment, I have zero confidence.
If other shareholders let me know how many shares they hold, I can contact Cloudbreak Discovery to request holding a general meeting, where we can request an update.
I have currently had four shareholders come forward, holding a total of approximately 5708,500 shares.
We need to get to (29,775,098) shares, which is 5% of the total shares outstanding, which will require Cloudbreak Discovery to legally hold a general meeting.
If you want please contact me privately with your full name and number of shares to naila3000@hotmail.com and I will keep a tally.
Keep talking it up boys, it's working 💪
I have always considered this more of a gamble than an investment, hence my modest holding. Nevertheless, you can add my 193,909 to the tally.
Thank you.
If other investors can kindly come forward. Based on the number of Cloudbreak Discovery shares outstanding (595,501,976), we need 5% of shareholders to come forward (29,775,098).
Based on my shares (1,700,000) and the two shareholders who have come forward, noisey1 and GMT83, we are currently at 5,514, 655 shares.
I have 700,000 and would like to be involved
I own 3.744,655 shares and will support a general meeting
According to the legal rights of shareholders, Company directors must call a general meeting if they receive such a request from shareholders representing at least 5% of the organisation. I currently own 1,700,000 shares. If enough of us join up to cover 5%, CDL will legally be required to hold a meeting for shareholders. I suggest this is done, as Kyler owes us an update.
Do your job. Have the balls to tell us what's going on. Come on...
