CBX has been re-listed as CEL AI, with the ticker CLAI.
It is pivoting into wellness and beauty AI.
Has this been delisted?
Would hope not !
AGM today not sure that means anything either
News be good if good news , miracles can happen !!
CLAI this morning then. Canβt get any worse, can it?

Β£5.5k here. Anyone else?
How can they issue no update itβs disgraceful !
How can the so even rise is beyond me .
I have lost so much money on this company .
We deserve an update
Not gloating. I feel sorry for anyone who loses out (even some of the clowns who mislead).
I, like many others probably, get fed up with some of the spurious nonsense from some of the posters on these forums. Sadly, some investors do take the plunge after reading stuff on these forums. They get carried away with all the hype.
Old Amran was one of the worst and I am sure they are still kicking around under a different ID now. Nothing wrong with being positive about a share, but you have to be realistic and sadly there was very little realism with regards to CBX. Constant ramping and ludicrous calls based on nothing more than hype and anyone who stated this was given abuse. I hope not too many were suckered in. It was fairly obvious that the CBD/CBG market was saturated and nowhere near as big as some claimed it was going to be.
Fair play most of us got it wrong but no point in gloating , a lot of people have lost a lot of money with this company , if you gloat them Iβm sure karma will soon bite you in the backside
Where is good old Amran now? Where are all the delusional clowns who claimed CBD and CBG products would be in every household soon? It was always just another fad. Except this one didn't even have the success of a fad.
The product was/is ludicrously overpriced and not in any way premium. Just another vanity project to fill the pockets of the hopeless directors.

Review of Cel: Nice idea, too slow, has not been briefed on Cellular Goods apparently. Still a bit of work to do...
'Unfortunately, there are no specific "Cellular Goods" brand products listed in the product list that I can recommend. If you're looking for Cellular Goods brand specifically, it might be a good idea to check out their official website or authorized retailers for their product line. If you have any other preferences or questions, feel free to ask!'

I think we all have to accept that what CG had hoped to achieve has failed. The whole CBD sector has taken a hammering both in the US and the UK, with most companies having gone bust or been sold for peanuts. So what next for CG? The management are hedging their bets as to what might be the next big thing - Carbon Credits, AI and to be fair none of us have any real idea what that could be. I have always been a believer that Cannabinoids will have a future and that synthetic cannabinoids is the way to go, so I'd plead with the powers that be to look at developing the core synthetic cannabinoids, which will be the pharma of the future. CG doesn't have to make the end products, just supply the raw ingredient - so not cash intensive and no large marketing spend.

'the high end beauty business is ripe for disruption' what a load of cobblers
Agree totally !
Maybe they just trying it on
or person who replied is an idiot!
Who is responsible if package is delivered to wrong address UK????
It's the seller's responsibility to make sure the item is delivered to you. They should chase the courier to find out what happened to your order if there's a problem.( their courier not yours)
Good luck hope you get your parcel
The purchase includes delivery. The delivery is the responsibility of the seller. You shouldn't have to speak with the 3rd party that is bonkers, it's the responsibility of CBX to sort it out. They should offer to refund you or send you a replacement.
You didn't get your order and the shoddy so-an-so is just trying to fob you off, don't let them.
Sorry to hear. I assume there is no photo on the tracking page? CBX outsource distribution so what they told you is likely what they were told. Prob faster to claim from Royal Mail yourself, but also make a formal complaint to CBX that their distributors are taking the p*ss.
Also, thefts from 'safe places' are ridiculously common, they only stopped for me once I started to let my German Shepherd roam on a longer leash. Never knew what hit them, I'm sure.
Disgraceful!
Never had that before , companies usually chase it up as a good will gesture ! Shocking tbh
If they refuse to help you I would dispute with your credit card company as never received β¦.if paid on one
AGM announced and more chance to allow three company to raise funds.
Always standard practice but I imagine CBX will be doing this soon
@Crossthetea I think adding the vitc/Retinol version instead of CBG is a great idea but same product otherwise.
So CBG is an option but those who want the more traditional can still get the product.
Also if they do that they could look at approaching someone like SCGL and see if they can cut a deal to sell it for them in the massive market that is China. The CBG content might have been a blocker due to the local laws being very strict about canabiniods in cosmetics but if they got another version without they could be good to go.
That's really a no brainer. Let someone else make a profit by selling your goods in a jurisdiction you don't currently sell and making you more profit in the meantime. What's not to like.
Interesting thing is, at these prices they are now in
Supermarket
Pharmacy
Mail-order sub
territory.
If unit sales increase substantially I would rebrand as Cel (Skin), reduce packaging costs and introduce traditional non-CBD versions with vitC/retinol etc. based on the same core formulation, running the same price.
A revenue stream is revenue stream. Could be an Avon tires type turnaround moment.
Then
All hopes are pinned on the AI thing now. The executive director has just admitted that he does not see King Tide generating any income in the near future. And itβs clear that the skincare is dead. There is literally nothing here but ideas and a lot of spin.
Best of luck Tobethebest
It may well become good and the SP is low still and this can do a few 100% in a few days.
I imagine I'll buy back but I think this will drop back another 20% at least first
I could be wrong and a really good positive RNS drops.

Does anyone know Mike's e-mail address at old CG?
Thanks for all the info this morning.
I would say the prices of the products were RIDICULOUS.
I'm happy that Mike Edwards has taken control, he wouldn't have done so (and bought 10m shares in the process) unless he intends to add value. At 0.5p I might as well sit tight and see what he does. A few weeks ago we were at 0.25p and it was looking like curtains. So I feel a whole lot better,
Thank you for that ,nice and clear ! π
Here is what he said yesterday , he was very accommodating to the group and also very honest and clear
1. Skincare range is aggressively being discounted to see if the lack of sales is due to price ( the use by dates are coming up in some of them so they need to clear )
2. No more products to be launched as it has been a failure so why throw more money at the product group
3. Mike is not taking a salary but we didnβt ask if he was charging consulting fees ( we are waiting for a reply on this )
4. Kingtide will not be generating any income this financial year
5. The carbon market is in correction so best wait until we can capitalise at the lowest cost
6. The future of the business is AI and he is confident that they have a big enough mailing list to delivering sales
7. Looking for an exit strategy for skin care is somebody comes along and wants to buy
8. We have enough capital to run AI for the transition period if we keep costs under control
As Tom Winnifrith said in his letter to the FCA this is a material change of business and asked if a new prospectus should be applied.
For me being a LTH it is sad that itβs over but time moves on and they still have a LSE listing to play with , if we know anything itβs that these people know how to make money , whether itβs from raising capital on IPOs and taking salaries from that or from delivering sustainable businesses which deliver financial metrics and deliver shareholder value.
My opinion for what itβs worth is that this is just a shell now and maybe worth a punt in day trades as it swings aggressively but as an investment it is over
My apologies to those who I have disagreed with over the last 3 years who told us this would happen but you live and learn

I would like to think not !
More positive that a year ago β¦. Just looking for a reason to buy more , but I am not feeling in a confident enough position , news on king tide be good.
Change of Director was on the cards and yes was good news
Tobe - do you think a new executive director would trade his own company for a few k in his first week?
Why is changing the co name odd if you want to change its direction?
Why can't you find any positive news? Executive director buying, change of name, change of direction. That's more positive than the position of CBX 2 weeks ago no?
Not sure whatβs going onβ¦. All very hush except director buys shares to encourage everyone to buy !
Penny stocks have high risk and lots of buys and sells, not putting any more money in for now.
If director sell they keep it hush he has doubled his money !
Changing company name to me seems odd in its self .
Again I need to be optimistic as a lot to loose here , awaiting some positive news !!!! Canβt actually find any π
Two big sells 1m and 2m? Thoughts?

Mms going for stop losses. Mms want shares.
Unfortunately i think it may take more than a few small trades to change the direction of this business into a positive position for most shareholders. The changes are however positive as sitting there waiting for something has been a never ending spiral down. Fingers crossed they actually have a plan and the capability to carry it out.
I agree , itβs been a really good week for LTHs , I think the SP just goes to show how much lack of trust there is in CBX , if this was a year ago then we would have hit 2p with this news flow. It will take a bit of time and clever strategy to get some trust back
I certainly like the idea that the director is buying shares so i'm in before something big happens that's the real way to make money.

Another purchase but the new CEO at just below 0.60p
Again encouraging but it was for less than 5 grand so nothing to get too excited about. If he is still buying at 1p and above then it eill be interesting.
Can't do any harm to the SP though unless it's leveled out for now at this 0.60p. [ same as directors buy]
"Buyout on the cards to take private at the cheap price?"
Buyout of whose shares? At the moment he's buying his shares in the open market. He needs 50% first and then has to make an offer for the rest. That would all seriously drive the share price up
191 companies at that address means it's just a service address.
191 companies registered at that address
Buyout on the cards to take private at the cheap price?

I'm expecting another director dealing RNS tomorrow and more beyond. How much of the company does the new CEO want? 5%? 10%? 20%? Will he buy everything he can under a penny? Will he pay more?
Interesting times ahead at last ;-)
Another 2 million buy printed. Looks like more director buys. Rns coming on Monday
2-1 more buys then sells this morning.
Petro do you even read before you post 6k lol
CTT- Iβm not no sure about that , the SP is struggling to stay above the 0.5-0.6p range consistently, itβs a day traders dream ( best of luck to them btw)
Nobody trusts CBX long term atm , Mike Edwards and maybe Matthew Lodge have a lot to do to create positive long term sentiment again.

Hey Neil, All well here! Hope you are too?
Certainly a change in the right direction, I suspect we will see another director buy this week maybe next as decent blocks have gone through yesterday and today similar to what Mike picked up.
Worth a stab id say, done well off CBX when they announced the Sephora deal last year, made over 100% in 15 minutes. At this MCAP should not rule it out happening again...
Hope you weren't too disappointed with the news over on SFE yesterday, still have some hope on a distribution.
Hi GordonB hope you are well

Cellular Goods PLC - London-based developer of cannabidiol skincare and wellness products - Files papers to change name to Cel AI PLC, as it shifts focus toward using artificial intelligence to recommend personalised skincare and beauty routines. The new name "better reflects the company's intention to build an active and engaged community of strategic brand ambassadors and beauty experts who offer scalable beauty advice and product recommendations that go well beyond the current Cel AI CBD offerings", the company explains.
Executive Director Michael Edwards adds: "The high-end beauty-buying experience is ripe for disruption, and it is very clear that our prospects and customers want us to provide them with a full suite of product recommendations and beauty ideas. We firmly believe that artificial intelligence can play a major role in scaling this recommendation engine."
Edwards also is executive director of Aquis Stock Exchange-listing AQRU PLC, which also Thursday announces plans to change its name, to Supernova Digital Assets PLC.

Imagine waking up in the morning and then thinking to yourself I am going to go on a LSE BB and spout negative things about a company. Nothing so queer as folk I guess.
Of course not, have something to say about all shares. Perhaps do some research on who's buying here before offering your two cents
Are you invested here?
New direction new name change. Haha. Something never change. All this will require new funds? Anyone want to make a guess where these funds will originate?
Perfect time for pre-selling of to be issues shares. If that is what they do. Its denied of course. That would be illegal.
0.30 - 0.4 for the next raise and 0.15 - 0.2 for the next one which will be its last before administration.
These companies keep a listing for one reason only. Its a long way off before it makes profit. Never will of course but you got to inspire people to fund you new direction. Damn. This is all a given and it happens time and time again until Pi have enough of dilution. People seem to have a memory loss about how much money was spent. Blind to how much more is required.
Get on that AI band wagon by all means. Fools and their money are easily parted.

No flies on this AI:
Is there a product to neutralise derampers?
"Ah, it sounds like you're looking for something a bit outside of the skincare realm! In the financial world, "derampers" refer to individuals who spread negative information about a company, often without base, to drive down the share price. Unfortunately, there's no skincare product that can neutralize the effect of derampers.
If you're dealing with misinformation or negative sentiments that might impact an investment or company reputation, the best approach is typically through transparent communication, solid data, and factual reporting.
Now, if you meant to address "dermaplaning," which is the process of exfoliating the skin by removing dead skin cells and fine vellus hairs (peach fuzz), let me know and I can guide you to the appropriate Cellular Goods skincare products to soothe and care for your skin post-exfoliation! "
Totally agree FTSE, new dawn here and Mike who previously founded ARGO Blockchain has hit the ground running! Could we see further buys from him to give a more controlling stak?
That's brilliant1!They have the website up and working already with the AI chat box..and it recommends our products :)
I just tried it:
what are the best products for sensitive skin?
"Hello lovely! If you have sensitive skin, it's important to choose products that are gentle and formulated to soothe and strengthen the skin barrier without causing irritation. πΏ
Cellular Goods has carefully designed products with cannabinoids, which are known for their soothing and anti-inflammatory properties, potentially making them a great fit for those with delicate skin.
Here are some of the best Cellular Goods products specifically catered to sensitive skin:
Rejuvenating Cannabinoid Face Serum - This Get The Gloss' Beauty Awards 2023 Winner is packed with cannabinoids that can help soothe and calm sensitive skin while addressing signs of ageing. You can find it here: Rejuvenating Cannabinoid Face Serum.
Calming Cannabinoid After Shaving Moisturiser - It's not just for after shaving; this moisturizer can also be comforting for sensitive skin any time due to its calming properties, which can help reduce redness and irritation. Check it out: Calming Cannabinoid After Shaving Moisturiser.
Nourishing Cannabinoid Face Oil - A lightweight oil that hydrates and nourishes without causing irritation, making it suitable for those with sensitive skin. View it here: Nourishing Cannabinoid Face Oil.
Remember to perform a patch test when starting any new skincare product to ensure compatibility with your skin. If you need further advice or a tailored routine, don't hesitate to ask! π
"
CBX started so well I like many others believed in it and got in at the IPO.
Then a bunch of clowns took over and destroyed it.
The new Investors and Directors have been successful Business owners , so they have got to see something here.
They seem geared up for getting social media influencers to all over it which in this day in age is crucial for the type of product they are selling. The twist of AI on a beauty product could be the next thing. Really hop the sky is the limit for the future.

He's been at the desk 2 mins and already taken a stake in the company and hinted the new strategy.
But this is hope and excitement and ways to generate good income compared to a previous model that wasn't really going anywhere.
I bought in purely for Edwards as soon as he was announced, I rate his track record that much personally.
