Very cheap stock 30% off recent trading high and just flirting about the recent placing price been nice picking up stock recently in the mid 79s should see the quid level in near future...
...due out before end of Mar 21.
New shares can be traded from today and so the (unexpected) rise today and the upcoming results bodes well for future IMHO.
Most of the "non-mining" primary bid offers have risen after the offer. They are only raising £1m I believe so should easily hit their target. So I bought tonight.
Jman, 20p is the nominal value of the share. All shares have nominal values which have no direct relation to their market value. For example Ocado's nominal value is 2p and yet they are trading at around £21.
No benefit..........
no spread
No fees
But yeah no benefit to buying
I lol sometimes
The disadvantage is your locked in until the end of march from what I gather at that price.
Yeah I'm staying away for sure.
classic prolapsebid wasting my time on an evening.
Thanks both GL
Hi all, i see no benefit in purchasing via the offer price.... seen other SP post placing go down..
I reckon the offer is 81.5p per share through Primary Bid. As the 20p relates only to institutional investors and handled by another company.
I've seen this... hence my presence....
I don't really get it Pro, 'a conditional offer for subscription via PrimaryBid for up to £1 million of new ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company at an issue price of 81.50 pence per New Ordinary Share, being the closing mid-price on 1 March 2021.'
1. Is it 81.5p per share and thats the offer?
2. For every share purchased at 81.5p you get one for 20p?
help me out
Anyone else seen this on Primary Bid? Offered at 81.5p as part of placing.. tempting!
Also tipped on the Motley Fool 30/12 - 3 UK shares for 2021 I think could TREBLE my money in the new bull market!
:-) Oh yes, it’s official, I’ve gone stir crazy.
Or even 2021 !!!
Share price rise, maybe 2012 is going to be CALL’s year.
Gone into a different league now.
Up 23 percent in the U S !!!!!!
Has everyone missed this morning’s RNS.Shares to be listed on New York exchange. These look way too cheap!!!
Capital Markets Day for analysts and investors on Thursday 22 October 2020.
Stay tuned !
And there's the Holding RNS after those huge buys. I think they'll be back for more soon so i've grabbed some more...
Last few days have had some big buys, bought in before the results, sold out a 1p loss.
But bought back in today on the back of the large trades.
Also may have a mention in the Techinvest news letter this weekend.
Huge buys here yesterday. Is this about to be taken out !!!
I have just listened to the 1st June update. Given that I hear of firms switching to VOIP and Microsoft Teams during the pandemic I am not sure why sales have slowed. I would have thought a switch to VOIP at this time would be accelerating. Or has the pandemic meant that video via Zoom or Teams will in the future superseded voice calls as more people work from home?
I am interested to hear what will come next with Microsoft Teams integration and what they will do differently to what Microsoft can do in its own native environment. It seems that give the development of Microsoft Flow it shouldnt be too hard for a firm to do its own integration of Teams to their own native CRM.
Where do people think this is going ?
