The majority have cleared. We should be free and ready for lift off from tomorrow
Has all the warrants cleared or still some more to come
About 157 million warrants have been cashed in this month - so about £250,000 additional cash in the bank?
Hello Trellis - was the £ 560K ( assuming the normal 10% brokers fee) raised in August not supposed to cover planned operational expenses? - this will be in addition to the £413K CIB at the end of June and warrant sales over the last few months - so around £1M now in the bank?
Trellis,
"There will again be many placings, perhaps justified for Namibia; when Bird starts talking about Eureka again and Argentina run for the hills"
They said the same re UFO!! and many many other aim stocks. Anyone who buys these stocks is aware of what might happen or what might not!!! The point is however, placings there will be, but when?? I have no doubt that if BZT goes on a bull run akin to UFO there will indeed be a placing, currently though I do not believe one is on the horizon, unless you have information to discredit my statement!
These stocks are not for the fainthearted, but if you time your buying right and you have researched the stock fully, you should be able to do very nicely in the short/medium term.
Mr T
Tom,
On the contrary, there should be close to £1M in the pot and this will increase as the warrants get exercised. They raised £625K post the report date!
Therefore £413K at 30 June 2020 plus £625 raised in August, plus the warrants exercised post 30 June 2020, less spent since 30 June 2020.
Mr T
Correct me if im wrong but there dosnt seem much money in the pot at the moment. At some time or other there will be aplacing imo
Totally agree just added a few more gla . Looks a good change to me and normally they like to get information out to the market relatively fast after a big shake up
There were no abusive posts during the weekend, certainly not from me. All I wanted was a discussion on why the vast majority of the warrants from 0.16 have not been exercised yet. For me this is a clear indicator that the sp still has further to go.
Gold is in a bull market at present and BZT are most likely going to release an rns stating that there is a lot more gold than previously thought at the Hope project. The fact that that an experienced geologist has now joined the board only adds to the positivity here.
We are extremely undervalued at the moment but this will be corrected soon.

Colin Bird, Executive Chairman of Bezant, commented :
"We have announced in the last six months significant additions in Zambia and Namibia to the Company's attractive portfolio of copper projects and more recently the commencement of exploration at the Hope Copper-Gold project in Namibia. Managing finance and geology are both areas of importance in the development of an exploration company with an expanding portfolio of projects. I am therefore very pleased to announce the appointments of Raju and Ed whose considerable experience in these two areas will be a valuable addition to the Company."
PaulQ ...I cant for the life of me understand why this is still under .3 , absolute bargain imo.
----
The deramping over the weekend hasn't helped. It was pretty awful
Should recover though imo
Just need to keep patient. Have a look at the recent chart for BZT. It hit 0.2 and people then were saying it was a spike. The sp went down to around 0.16/17 for a few days and then exploded. Same will happen again. Just need to remember that there will be an rns in the next few days/weeks giving drill results on Hope.
If as expected it is announced that there is more gold there then the sp will rerate. I've confident in this share so am prepared to wait this out. News will come sooner or later, drilling started on 1st October so should be close to finishing now.
I cant for the life of me understand why this is still under .3 , absolute bargain imo. We have two new directors with a great deal of experience to bring to the company and push it forward. We have reduced operating expenses, we are about to commence drilling and we have a shed load of resources worth alot more than 1p per share! Dyor for me this is a winner winner
Great track record and experience new Director.Fantastic Results.Lots of updates imminent.Hugely undervalue value. One of Best investment opportunity
