Does anyone know of any similar business to Paraytec that have sold.
As a LTSH who is deeply under water, it would ease the frustration if a value could be put on a sale, i know this is an almost impossible ask, but there is no arm in asking. GLA LTH’s
Dire
TB talked of 70+ interested parties I paraytec in the covid days which materialised to nothing.
Paraytec could never market this effectively and am glad that selling is the idea going forward.
Phasefocus and Kirkstall both offer good products, but again progress is painfully slow.
Hi Castle. Dont you think it sounds like TB has had enough - first with face masks and now with the Sheffield lot without being too disrectful. Just hope to get a special divi for Paraytec
With a net asset value of 15.42p per share + sale of Paraytec or further development we have a lot of catching up to do!!
CASH flow is king , balance the books , sad decisions but correct to sell paraytec,,, when it sells it would be hard to put a value on it , anybody guess? I like organ on a chip too looks promising..
Castle
Sounds as though Paraytec is being sold too soon, just to keep the costs /wages of the company covered..
Hi. Thanks for your comment. This is all about commercialiition which has not happened with involvement of academics involved with our leaders projects over recent years and I guess TB is sick of it and some of us also have too many shares to have the same sentiment so dont get personal
“Doesn’t look too good…”
Reading comprehension clearly isn’t your strong point.
That’s just the sort of report long term investors were expecting. There’s quite a bit in there to be optimistic about.
Doesnt look too good but we can still hope that there is some commercial value to come instead of brownie points (sorry about the pun but thats what it is)
The plan for it to go commercial is when the technology gains proven efficacy, followed by interested parties who can see where it can bring a benefit in application whilst overcoming the various hurdles required to be accepted by the regulatory bodies.
Isnt it about time we are told how this is planned to be commercial !
10% is not bad but nothing to be big headed about. Bought more in Empire at 9.5p and sold at 11.4p. That is a bit more profit than Halma if we are comparing d*ck sizes 😆
@Max
Remember when I suggested Halma at under £20 quid on the 15th of November?
Went over £22 today, that's some going in such a short space of time
I see Empire has been up and down, did you buy the drops?
Paraytec has confirmed that its programme to apply the CX300 technology to a test for the rapid diagnosis of bacteraemia causing sepsis is proceeding on schedule. Paraytec's target is to demonstrate Proof of Concept of an instrument for the rapid detection of bacteria in a blood sample, before the end of the year. If bacteria are present, the CX300 is expected to report whether these bacteria are classed as Gram-positive or Gram-negative.
The Directors of Paraytec believe that such a test will greatly help clinicians identify the likely source of infection, allowing clinicians to immediately target the best antibiotic treatment, since those used to treat Gram-positive or Gram-negative bacteria are different.
There's definitely an opportunity here
With more good news it will keep going boys!!!
Just looked, it's up nearly 6% this morning.
Is this empire ticker EEE? If so I see it went up 25% yesterday.
Every company has to make its first sale, Ford, Apple, Microsoft, Dell this list goes on, the problem is when you can't make your first sale. I think its the start of many, these illness and diseases don't go away .
Thanks Halma, I hope you was tempted to take a punt in Empire and hopefully others did here also. I think 20p and above is a strong possibility going forward if the good news keeps flowing.
Nice work with Empire Max
Just got to get things moving on here and you'll be flying
Although it's nice to get some news selling just one means absolutely nothing add to that no numbers and yes could be to one of there mates. You would think if its ground breaking tech it would be rushed out everywhere they have been working on it long enough now
This sale could well be first of many if that professor shouts from the rooftops how good it is.
Good word of mouth is worth millions in advertising.
