Made a small top up this morning when I saw the big discount. Was hoping for it to catch up a bit more on the NAV today. Steady she goes. ATB
good set of results today, and a good yield, still a way below net asset value,,maybe time to top up, . will be quieter year i think. a haapy investor.
This has held up remarkably well considering all the goings on at the moment. 1% up looking at the monthly chart on google.
With results due soon, I wonder if the NAV will be quite a lot higher.
Hi Paddy
Looks like I got it wrong I think it might be BMO commercial Property Trust BCPT . So many BMO's it is easy to get them mixed up . Maybe other investors got it wrong too because the rise did coincide with the news
ATB
i have checked the ftse 250 and no mention of bpet, where is you information from.
Looks like the jump is a result of being promoted from the Small Cap index to the FTSE 250 . This would allow more investment trusts and tracking funds to hold the share. Surprising that an RNS has not been issued , there might be more rises to come because this share is tightly held..
well done, i have been invested in here for 10 years, last 2 very good and during covid amazing, nice jump today.
This has been one of my best investments in the last 2 years
interesting viewing the seminar, temporary dip today due to singer selling 3million shares , well below net asset value. hamish said nothing to worry about. i would of thought they be snapped up,
Shareholder dumping shares.
If interested, you can dial into the live presentation. I got a link to it via InvestorMeetCompany. Enjoy.
quite a few lrgs trades last few days, never says a buy or sell always says unknown. hard to ascertain if buys or sells as price is inbetween buying and selling price. can anyone put some light on it,
amazing set of results, hold on for the ride. glad i held me nerve and stayed in.
glad I chose to hold, you back in yet?
Took the opportunity to cash out a winner and a loser and hold the cash for now in the portfolio. This was the winner. Shame really but in a ****ty market like this cash is a powerful weapon. GLA.
A bit optimistic paddy but still goung places I am sure. SP establishing above £4 for now.
maybe i was a little too optimistic, reults this week, ie first quarter. i reckon around nav 530 any views anyone
Even before this year end figures. I am expecting some clever buying ahead of them which could see this to 430p. Onward and upward.
I have quite a lot of these but bought some time ago in my Drawdown SIPP mainly for income rather than capital growth. It was quiet for some time and always dropped heavily after Ex Div but now it is a fairly respectable growth IT...
they closing in on my target, update end of may i am predicting 460 by june, cheers all
The fastbuck merchants have pulled out now and it is still at a huge discount to NAV, especially if you throw in cash from the latest deal. May be worth a second tuckaway if they drop too far.
Still at a daft rating . I simply cannot understand why anyone would choose to sell this ,probably selling at a good profit but missing out on further growth and a healthy div
next stop 4 20 and then a breather, i think it will settle around 10 percent below nav, any views anyone
This IT is a bridesmaid that has become the bride for me ! I have held a fair amount of this for a couple of years but as an income generator but now its become a growth share !
With a NAV of 518p and a discount of say just over 20%. my brilliant maths (!) tells me we should be comfortably at £4. So glad I bought some a few days ago. With a yield then of well over 5%, and still around that, this is the proverbial 'no brainer'.
