Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
I don’t think you’re invested. By the time you get in the buyout will have happened and you’ll be locked out. The glass is half full not half empty. What’s wrong with a minimum 40% premium.
I wouldn’t be concerned about the dropping sp. Clearly it’s being controlled and there is nothing pi’s can do against such firepower. It drops to a level and remains there long enough for us to get used to and accept the new normal. Then the cycle repeats. My view is that he W(h) . . . O has been legitimately ochestrating the drop is now hiding in plain sight. Look at the M.O. Everything and everyone is now in place within GGP for a successful buyout of it and Tefler. It will be at a significant 40%-60% premium ie about 10p. With this in mind, I’ve been averaging down as much as I can and am now in the mid 7’s and continuing. Ideally ending up with a huge position around 7 and waiting for a 40%-50% profit. Feel much more sane and content after these recent years than day dreaming about broker note prices of 22p and similar fantasies. GGP has a fantastic future but just not with its current pi lth’s. Buy GGP big. Only a few months left.
We are down by over 7% on ASX after release of this supposedly great news. Any idea why ?
Just as 95 million in debt due next year is really huge. Off for the weekend. Bye.
It’s not that simple. One third is a lot smaller than 95 million. institutions are leaving and the pi’s are concerned. I’m just adding into the board a valid point which the rampers are ignoring and which you are seeking to downplay.
I think the third is the 95 million worth of bonds due for repayment next year. They’re really screwed by this unless they can increase production significantly and soon by using the relatively small 33 mill cash pile and income . . . and more which will be needed to remain solvent. What a pity.
If the 18 million sold @ 15,10 was theirs doesn’t that mean it has been absorbed and the other 2 mill they’ve put in has also been absorbed given today’s upward move ?

Now that is genuinely an interesting questions. Here is my reply:
Here we go with your 3-6 posts '1 month old dodge account' you won't last long here, believe me.... Spreading FUD - fear uncertainty and doubt - over the bulk underground, because that's essentially the only unknown left that such disingenuous posts can target.
Last year we had months and months of tecnhical FUD with the GreenTool and others - who said Havieron would never be economic... but here we are 12 months later with a gigantic starter deposit, a $50m decline going in, and $50m GGP cash funding to DFS, and a published phase 1 mine PFS to take to the bank ... so NCM can get ore to Telfer ASAP.
You may be able to confuse and scare the un-researched with your manipulation, but you cannot touch Bamps or me.
For the rest of you MrBig is a skilled and devious operator who last night was attempting to exploit an ostensibly clever argument. The posts were subsequently removed this am. For the correct reasons.
What he/she was trying to do last night was apply NCM's conservative, underground stoping phase 1 mine operational costs @ $84/tonne - actually $81/tonne according to GGP using the correct exchange rate to Bulk Underground production.
The first Stoping operation has naturally has lower volumes, due to the inherent volume limitations of the Stoping technique and higher costs - ore transport to surface limitation, requirement for drill and blast / explosives, and extra material handling, and subsequence labour in back pasting costs )
But you cannot apply this to the anticipated Bulk under ground block caving grades of the larger scale deposit where the cost per tonne would be circa $25-27/tonne
This is a totally and fundamentally inappropriate comparison made by BiggL - It's like comparing two completely different company cost structures, AND specifically designed to imply that anything under 1.5g is likely to be 'uneconomic'...
And It's total BS becuase we ALL know that Cadia is economic down to 0.4g/t Au... specifically due the bulk efficiencies of the operational costs.
And very much like comparing and interweaving the cost structure of building Ferraris directly to Ford Fiestas -
IE both make massive profits, BUT in TOTALLY different ways . Obviously You cannot make a profit building Ford fiestas in the way you build a Ferrari though. That would be loss making.
That's the best analogy I can come up with. And that is the tactic of this poster. Always Happy to smash them into touch.
Expect Multiple shorter accounts with a very obvious agenda.s
Regarding bulk underground : The only question is will this be a block cave or a more selective sub level cave...? Anyone with mining nouse can see that.. The grade in those breccia are nothing short of sensational. And a mine in their own right.
Now that is genuinely an interesting question. Here is my reply:

Yes. Since February of this year the FCA minimum reporting threshold on short selling (not necessarily the same as stock-on-loan) is 0.01% for all uk issued stock. However this can be easily « circumvented » by laddering ie stock on loan is constant but the short itself at cob is much lower
A line of finance with a bank will attract (commitment) fees even if it’s not drawn down. This is not a cost free option.

Your post of 22 Sep 2021 would suggest you are anything but ignorant.
Newcrest and GGP management have stated on numerous occasions that the PFS will be published by the end of 2021.
No possibility whatsoever
Only half an hour Freddy and you can let the crew go for the day or do you have shifts running ?
As the Havieron PFS will be based on the Q1 2021 MRE position of 3.4 million ounces of gold / 4.2 million oz au equivalent, it will provide insights but little uplift to the SP. The annual review & updated jorc resource “very early in December 2021” will likely be the catalyst for a return to the 20’s.

Obviously coal-related is kaput now or manana and if unchallenged will lead us on a lingering death trail to zero. Why not salvage something. Given the recent placing there is cash available. Let’s divert all of that into the solar thing Hanno’s relative was running. It may take 5, 10 or 50 years but likely our grandchildren could benefit from the return of our capital. I’m for calling an EGM to launch project Phoenix. Thoughts ?
