Management must think like me, shares cheap, buy back of 1 millionn shares on 5th april, nav around 7 pound and dividend yield of over 6 per cent. Redrum, your on to good thing here.. if shares to reach 6 pound still at discount to nav of over 15 percent, buy..........
Seems to be very cheap, with a nav north of 7 pound, on a line through apeo which is very simular, time to fill your boots, results end of month and great dividend yield to boot. anyone else with a opinion........
It would seem i am not the only one who feels the discount to net asset value ,is unwarrented, nice to see the discount narrowing and the board taking notice of shareholders. i would of thought eyes of blue is a happy bunny.onwards and upwards.
Another quit year, big discount to net asset value, in fact very big. I think if the discount gets too big it would be best to wind the trust up. i willt take £7 now. anyone feel the same.
Nice move today, perhaps people have cottoned on to the fact, massive discount to nav.even so i will ask for vote at next agm to consider winding up ,as discount too big. Management need to have a good look as to why huge discount to nav.
Another year in doldrums, does anyone agree this trust should be wound up ,with a net asset value north of 7 pound, and a share price just over 4 pound, ,must narrow at some point.i will take seven pounds now though.
Would i be right if i buy 2 shares at 42 pence the yield would be 2 x4.97 pence, so over 9 percent yield for 84 pence, . brain not fully operational.....
Another good set of results under the circumstances, nav at £7.10, share price £4.30, seems totally unjustified to me. huge discount, with a worst case scenario must be a 40 T0 50 per cent upsidefrom here. don,t loose the faith.
interesting chat by the manager, return of of 11 percent per annum over 20 years, better than a building society. i interpreted the interview as saying the shares are cheap and a good time to get involved, with the biggest discount to net asset value for many years. buy
good set of results for 3rd quarter,, big discount to nav and increased dividend. about time the discount started to narrow.
onwards and upwards,
anyone know if it is true aberdeen to sell off private equity funds, even so with a net asset value over 7 £, seems cheap to me.
any idea of the amount for interim divi.
Bit oversold today with a nav over 6 pound .getting into to realms of decent buy with a year view. .apeo in sim.ular territory .any thoughts anyone
good set of results today, and a good yield, still a way below net asset value,,maybe time to top up, . will be quieter year i think. a haapy investor.
anyone know when shareholders will be paid for those who hold shares in certificate form.
i have checked the ftse 250 and no mention of bpet, where is you information from.
well done, i have been invested in here for 10 years, last 2 very good and during covid amazing, nice jump today.
interesting viewing the seminar, temporary dip today due to singer selling 3million shares , well below net asset value. hamish said nothing to worry about. i would of thought they be snapped up,
interest rates are historicly very low, private equity will continue to thrive, even though interest rates will rise, i remmeber when rates were on average 10 percent. keep the faith.
quite a few lrgs trades last few days, never says a buy or sell always says unknown. hard to ascertain if buys or sells as price is inbetween buying and selling price. can anyone put some light on it,
