My budget stretches to Johnny Black, I am enjoying that on the rocks right now.
Is it just me, but I don’t mind if the SP drops because of dilution on the 4th. I will add a few more at under 3p if it goes that low.
Even if the SP only rises to 4p in December thats 25%. You won’t get that in a bank.
Must be missing something, I am not giving financial advice, just commenting.
Laallee:
with any luck it will be a giraffe. They are up and walking around in an hour and bordering on independent in a matter of weeks.
Either that or you could get an ultra modern gender fluid non binary human...the world has moved at great pace in some areas during my lifetime.
The family didn't make their money flipping burgers. They are not here to flip BPC shares for a paltry £2m profit. They will sell some when drilling starts for a £10m profit when SP is 11p and volume available to protect the rest of their investment..
Bonum
120M new shares at a heavily discounted 1.27p,
not going to help share price from Thursday
hoping for plenty of buyers to take up the 120 million shares in future days and weeks
I may sit down to one of my own drinks = Most probably my (House Of Ruhr) Renton which I named after my great grandfather.
A smooth sipping gin or may put in a peppercorn tonic to make the night a little longer, though I may need to call out for a malt. See what the evening brings.
Sorry million not billion - maybe I need a drink - ooh! - just noticed - 5 o’clock- Cheers all!
Hi Investo – welcome onboard.
IMHO – you hit the nail on the head:
These guys aren’t millionaires/billionaires for nothing.
They invested in a company that they saw had:
Spent $100+ billion on state of the art technology to RE – PROVE that oil is in The Bahamas.
Having already been proved in The 1940s 1980s etc. But recovery technology was not good enough then.
A company that has proven professionals who have worked through their careers for the biggest and best oilcos.
A company that had a “Major” (con artist to run down licensing time) pay $1mill for “exclusivity.”
They – The Investors contracted a deal that gave them options and due to CV 19 and a drop in all asset prices – took advantage to get an even better deal than they originally thought possible I.e. buy shares sub 1.3p.
Now then - the big question for us to ask of these clever investors is do we go along for the ride or think we know better by selling because we think they might?
I know where I stand - I’m following the Pros!
And B4 anyone asks - I’ve not been on The JWB!

I think I put it quite succinctly in my 15:49 post ;)
Atb & have a good evening all.
Everything is simple if you want it to be...
The shares will have an effect and this is a fact. It just happens to be an irrelevant fact as it is affected by time. In the short term, it will be a relevant fact. That may be for as little as one or two days. In the longer term, more significant facts will have a more lasting effect will make the dilution irrelevant.
I am not even sure if the shares having an impact is worthy of a discussion IMO.
It's not that simple.
The market matches buyers & sellers via movement in the share price - a very straightforward example of supply v demand dictating price.
120M new shares at a heavily discounted 1.27p, will invariably push the price downwards whilst still providing tangible profit to the seller.

I don't agree. To offload shares you need buyers. The best way to get people to buy is on the back of a RISING share price. Big rise on big volume and you can offload plenty of shares into the rise especially if you do it at a measured pace.
Quite a bit actually and within a specific timeframe - Refer to my 15:49 post jojos.

Exactly. Nada.
We have 2.328 billion shares already another 120 million being added how much difference will it make.looks like people have sold and looking for a cheap entry again.
the stop losses might be important to watch especially Thursday
if mms can drop share price more if triggering stop losses
wont be setting using stop losses myself
Thank you for the maths - you do realise that if you factor in the volume on a normal trading day and take in the number of shares being disposed of.....then the rate of disposal affects the prevailing share price within the timeframe for said disposal.
That doesn't even factor in the effect on STOP LOSSES being hit, as we saw with the disastrous plunge off the Share Prophets article.
Simple maths calculations don't transfer in the way you suggest, in 'live market' scenarios.

Shares often starts moving many months ahead of drilling and don't come back down at all. Given that Perv#1 is such a significant well I don't think the market will make it too easy for folks to buy in low now the ball is rolling.
So you don't think the share price will be negatively affected at all.....or the 7 month wait to drill mobilisation impacting said price in any way?
I’ll be happy to know if it’s a boy or a girl.
...because it creates an emotional reaction if you don't really understand the fundamentals. If you do and you understand both emotional intelligence and physiological impact (based upon the fundamentals) you can trade the volatility.
I believe traders can actually make money on the back of the above.
I just want the rig name.
Oh dear Page if Cups.
Not a Buffett quote. That’s the last thing I need. You’ve got to be more original mate.
How about: don’t poke your finger through the bog roll.
"The keyword in Bahamas Private Family Office Investor is... INVESTOR."
With the greatest respect PoC, not on the outcome of a drill, irrespective of CoS etc and given other opportunities to drawdown.
This is a straight opportunity to realize significant profit off the 1.27p discounted price and mitigate Risk going forward - these Families acquired wealth by judicious risk management.

I don’t understand why people are worried about the new shares it’s only £1.5 million worth.close to millIon pound are being traded on a daily basis.
