The keyword in Bahamas Private Family Office Investor is... INVESTOR. Remember the stockmarket transfers wealth from the impatient to the patient. The Bahamas invester has only been on board a couple of months and is loading up for the drill.
They will be eaten up if we get a good few sessions
And of course we have the recent short term traders exiting with profits over the next few days.
That's why its best to switch off the screen sometimes......
"The Company has now received a conversion notice in respect of the remaining balance of £1.535 million, at a conversion price of 1.27 pence per share, and, pursuant to the terms of the Facility, the Company will proceed to issue 120,866,141 new ordinary shares (the "Conversion Shares") to the investor."
"Application will be made for the Conversion Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, with admission anticipated on 4 June 2020."
Hopefully it treads water above 3p, as many will likely have STOP LOSSES set just under that level.
What we don't want is a mass triggering of such, causing the type of spiral we saw during the Share Prophets fiasco!
if people moving to other shares
will some of them sadly lose money ,
while some may be afraid of this share price dropping from Thursday onwards for a while
my hope if a drop with share price ,might move back up again in days or weeks ,or hopefully even higher
some posters on other share boards ,thinking might drop to 2p
while I don't know how many might sell ,be surprised if share price drops that low
can only wait and see ,each person will make their own investing decisions
UJO is another that looks to be waking up again. Also on the share tip losing list I suspect.
Not a ramp, not suggesting it is worth doing anything with, just a casual observation.
I agree, it is never a bad move to lock in a profit if you are happy with it. If nobody traded shares the market would be far less interesting.
I even support day traders when they are genuine in terms of posts.
Wouldn't it be nice if one dropped in on a random BB, said, I am planning to flip this share today. It is no better or worse than it was yesterday or will be tomorrow but I can make money out of the volatility I expect to see today because of a reported shortfall in the harvest of antipodean blue beans. GLA, I'll be back tomorrow if the volatility continues.
as if they would be so genuine.
Yes, certainly was the case (and possibly could continue), but some significant newer developments have changed my perspective somewhat.
However, won't discuss it further here of course and still doesn't negate the highly speculative nature of that stock.

Not keen on COPL. Seems to be going nowhere with its African project yet shareholder keep getting shafted to pay Mullholland and the boys.
Zak Mir just made a prediction for COPL too Phoebus and looking at a multiple of the current SP.
As I posted on the BB there (and mentioned here), everyone will have their own perspective on Zak Mir and TA generally.
Very excited about MATd going forward and with a much larger position due to relative risk factors, the company already having a high quality oil asset next to PetroChina's major field.
Atb
Nice timing on MATD heads up. Seems to be breaking out right this minute.
Be good if it can survive above the 3p level and accepting any of the usual selling activity into close - needs to retain levels leading into the 120M Placing shares entering the market on or around the 4th June.
This should be significantly higher around Dec/Jan but would be good to at least retain a modicum of the recent rise until then.
I scrapped my 3p target and jumped in at 3.2p for another 22k shares. Happy to hold now for a while.
GLA, Muel
Where only back to where we started yesterday, consolidate and then hopefully next leg up.
many shares are red today
Thursday may see some selling
when shares are released
my hope is that it is temporary
and that in future weeks bpc on risers board
Agreed Bryn, been a difficult time for a lot of stocks with the Covid /Opec issues.
MATD & COPL should multi bag from current levels based on their individual investment characteristics (MATD already have a bona fide high quality oil find with full field development on its way to go to a mid tier Oil producer but will likely be bought out by PetroChina soon).
Atb
bonum - those two are still on the losing list since they were originally placed - though to be fair they are ascending at the moment.
I'm new and therefore my knowledge is somewhat behind most of yours, but looking at this very simply, could an alternative view be that the investor decided to exercise their option due to confidence in the company and the prospects for growth? If it is seen as confidence then the SP could continue in the positive direction ?
That's one that's under a lot of people's radar atm Loz, but very comfortable indeed holding that stock - they've already found oil next to the massive PetroChina resource and are just awaiting their Exploitation Licence - due any time.
MATD is effectively treated as a domestic company by the Govt of Mongolia, with the largest holder being a very prominent national company.
A sleeping giant about to awake, so dont be too concerned about your current avg, imho.
Right about BPC and we all are well aware of the prospects going forward into late 2020/ early 2021.
All shaping up well, regardless of price manipulations by people like Zak Mir, in the interim.

669er - Never regret taking a profit.
No one knows what the price will be come end of this week, end of the month but i have a personal target of 8p end of this year, so let's see.
In terms of dilution, yes new shares will hit on the 4th but don't necessarily expect selling on one particular day either. They may hold them or sell slowly every day on any rise. Truth is no one knows.
However, if you got a target come spud, like i have then what the share price does in the interim is not really much concerned to me.
The only concern is lack of news between now and September.
Bonum - Your in Matd too? sitting on a loss there at the mo :(
Haha
I love everyone's predictions here, reminds me of the DES board days where big characters were convincing a mature investors that they would be overnight millionaires.
Do I think this will hit 10? Potentially but that hasn't happened in years and we have been closer to a drill than we are now.
Will share dilution send down the sp? Likely it will, how far is anyone's GUESS.
Play this one how you see fit to, it's your hard earnt money you are playing with.
IMO
At least my COPL & MATD are beginning to kick in the way BPC has -sweetens the downturn on this one atm.
Atb & enjoy the day all
hope your wrong , and you will have to pay a great deal more to get back in .
morning all.
Ive just sold a portion of my holding 150k shares, taken some profit as I honestly don't know what the share price will look like later in the week - hope Im right !
