What a rumour ? Lol
.....hoefully you're in on LOGP and/or PVR.....farm-out deal a done deal ?....
Rocket, just please JOG On
I think is where the next bottom would be
No matter how people dress it up further dilution means less of a profit if we hit it big and a more than likely share price peak of 3p on spud. Not what we planned for...
Great point apart from the obvious. No use having 1bn shares if you haven’t got the money to get the oil out of the ground. Then your shares are worth zero as they don’t bring income and never will!
Speculate to accumulate
"pedophile ring of satan worshipers telling lies"

You should have chosen something else to write with your intended message (because past news has shown many a person in power have an inclination to act out the darker side of humanity).
It’s obvious that is not going up and the news is not good enough to push it up
Thanks Mark
Space tomato...
The RNS on 1st October about the placing referenced the CLN (that I think is with bizzle... that I think got pushed back on a decision from October to December to now January - which for the record I think is a good think as we don’t have to draw it if we don’t need it)...
In the placement RNS under point 4 they told us about the 2.5p, I have copied it below.... I’m just trying to ask for clarification from the BB if this is indeed the CLN the latest RNS references that a decision will now be made in January on? If the SP is much higher by then the 2.5p will be a bargain!
4. A Conditional Convertible Note Subscription Agreement, entered into by the Company on 10 October 2019 (and as more particularly described in the Company's announcement of that date and subsequently in the Company's Open Offer Circular as sent to all shareholders in October 2019 - the "Conditional Convertible Note"), whereby, subject to satisfaction of certain conditions precedent, the Company expects to be able to draw down on this funding prior to drilling of Perseverance #1 and raise an additional £10.25 million (c.US$13.3 million). This convertible note funding instrument has a fixed conversion price of 2.5p per share, such that if fully drawn, and if all interest were accrued and the principal and interest fully converted into shares, a total of approximately 590 million new ordinary shares would be issued;
Don’t think the board is intended to ignore opinions you don’t like, if that’s what you meant about me?
Think it’s a reasonable statement that any project that is due to culminate within a month and requires another 3 mil is badly organised.
Very frustrating share, can see drill being pushed back.
cmon harry its not that bad fella,..the ships on the way.
youve waited 10 years,...i think maybe the B.O.D have so much confidence in the data they have to do anything just to secure the drill.
if im wrong, fine... not the first time ive been fleeced,
--
i dont think that is the case though, ponzi schemes are illegal are they not?
keep the faith harry- keep yir heed lad.....go feed the pony lol
Harry.... sssshhhhhhhh my eyes are hurting as they don’t react well to ****e being thrown at them in the form of your posts
"Mark don't get involved with the others on here... join the Facebook group... its really good and has a lot of well informed posters on there... the tolls on here as just childish and havent got a clue"
People who challenge are not ill informed, too often they are actually the informed - they do "get it" hence the challenge. Ill simplify it for you.
4bn shares 1bn barrels of oil in the ground (perhaps) @$50 per. 0.25 barrels each or $12.25 each, less extraction and development costs, farm ins, royalties, decommissioning, that brings it down to $1.25 if your lucky.
Alternate
1bn shares, 1bn in the ground, @$50, see how basic maths works.
So this bunch of jokers has diluted the firm to 4.5 bn shares, the prospect hasn't grown. you didn't get potentially richer. You got shafted, as did I.
"Worrying that they’re that badly organised there is more dilution when we’re at this late stage."
----
More worrying...is that I'm filtering so many more people the closer we get to the drill.
I sincerely hope its not for vested interest.
ATB.
Good luck working that short Harry, but honestly if this is your best patter I would get a new day job.
Looks like the news is being seen very positively, back to 3.1p already, another move up today, all good
Kev, still
The 15th. The 28th is the latest date to satisfy CLN conditions.
Ooppsss... I meant dilution.
C'mon BODs enough of these surprises.
ATB.
Next will be drill date moving back...
Worrying that they’re that badly organised there is more dilution when we’re at this late stage.
im fine with that, more money to deal with covid...if it drops to 2.5 again ill top up again,
--
a little dillution (again) hasnt changed the rocks
Has the spud date changed to the 28th or is it still the 15th?
What to have a further dilution before even spudding! The contract specifics would have been resolved before departing port, we get advised after! When we were explicitly told the company had cash to see it through the drill with contingency. Today we are advised this is not the case, and late - there is nothing new in the Covid situation. 2nd wave known outcome since March, H&S arrangements - the plan was supposed address these, so a known controllable cost element!
