rossannan - ' it has also become even clearer than by the time P1 spuds the local rampers will have been thoroughly discredited.' Talk us through how it felt to be thoroughly discredited after suggesting Koot wouldn't be able to drill Saffron without a Placing, for CLOSE TO A YEAR, sometimes multiple times a day, despite Koot assuring shareholders to the contrary.
How many sold out prior to the doubling of the SP because of your campaign- if you give me the line about chat boards not influencing investors why are you here rossannan?
Rampers, including the company, regularly mention COS, if the drill is commercially unsuccessful does that discredit those that optimistically stayed for the drill - why shouldn't investors take the risk - I don't see risk being hidden rossannan!
Hi CC
I have not got as much as you in here and I am disappointed with this rns but I do not want to loose on here so if it drops I might top up to lower my average then it is easier to get out.
Hope you are keeping ok
Ha.. it works now.
On a better note. Icemax has sped up to 7 knots now.
What’s the FB group called please the Muir? Thanks
CarsCoffee, you say you are heavily invested here, yet, point me to one single positive post from you on BPC? Well, my dear, you can't so forgive me for being single minded on my views as to whether you are a true investor here. If you were, I am sure you made a huge error in investing in a company that you continue to put down with your "constant critical views".
Who are you taking for a fool here?
ST
PS: not sure why my filter didn't work on you.. :0/ will try again.
PS
Spacetomatoes, always a good idea to filter people who put forward different opinions. That way you are always right. I commend your single mindedness.
By the time the bills for this inconvenience come in and get settled we should know what is down there. For those of you invested here and have no clue as to how the logistics work when drilling a well offshore please accept that what BPC are doing to get the bit turning to the right or just cash in.
CarsCoffee and TPR-CPI or whatever spelling it is are now in my filter trash. It is getting full at the moment. :0)
'The BoD got the cost of drilling down from around 100 million to around 50 million and then down to the low 20s. Great job. This extra burden from Covid is a blip compared to where we might have been - perhaps even not drilling at all or only at these much higher costs or with a farm-in on far worse terms than owning 100%'
The wet dampers forgot to mention this??? WHY??
CLUELESS that's why
Can sell 1 million at 2.925
Which of the following situations would those grumbling the loudest prefer.
BPC go ahead as planned and use the existing contingency fund to cover the added covid costs and sail close to the wind. If anything pops up during the drill that requires more cash where would we turn?
Or, BPC pull the plug on the PERV#1 drill?
Or, they play the hand as they have and leave options open?
Not interested in how they could have done things differently 6 months ago 2 years ago or when granny was a little girl. Just how you would have played the hand as it was sat at the table right now.
Option 1, stick to casinos. You are an outright gambler.
Option 2, good call, wave goodbye to the licence and pin your hopes and dreams on the CERP acquisition assets?
Well done, I hope you get all the toys you asked santa for.
Option 3. Painful and not what we wanted but I think it was fir me better than options 1 or 2.
I did a dummy and did not let me sell , maybe because tight spread
We will all have our own views Harry, so are you selling?
So when that dilution is going to happen ?
We skipped over the fact that Bigmj owned 3% of the company. Congrats, how long have you been with BPC?
Dilution--or maybe delusion, 30% delusional would be quite positive for some on here. :).
CarsCoffee
That would certainly be a silver lining!
3 mil Covid and 2 mil extra contingency so effectively they expect the bill to increase by 5 mil
trp-bpc, another 20 or 30% delusion? Is this the daughter of Starchild?
Scary thought.
What I think may be happening and this is a conspiracy theory is that they bung Stena and extra £5 mil for the job in return they take up the £10 mil contribution. This makes the company look good and Stena get a much better deal than advertised.
CarsCoffee who cares... I'm here for the oil.. costs, costs ? Who cares $$$$billiions and $$$$billions I care #lifechanging investement.. in fact retirement... I did say the other day on here £20,000 will be worth £140,000 at these rates if we hit 21p.. add to that what you will.. I have . any sniff of oil and goobye 21p.... FEBRUARY is all we have to wait for.. the downside is reading the idiots posting on here prentending they have a clue... YOU HAVE NO CLUE
The extra Covid costs are $3m, not $5m.
Well if is not funded that means another 20 or 30% delusion coming ??
I own circa 3% of the company and will happily add more at this price but if you wouldn't touch it with a bargepole then don't, also no point in you touching this board either though
