I bought some Sirius XM (Nasdaq) when the price was c 3 Cents, albeit my UK broker charged me 3p
- I took profits at around 26p but it's now worth well over $7!!
Each investment case is different but ones with the (genuine) potential Upside that BPC presents, are few & far between.
This is more than anything, a singular opportunity to realistically make one of those oft looked for type of rises and off a strong platform going forward - the BoD are doing everything right to take us there.
Sure Pr0spect and why many of us are here, rather than in Berkshire Hathaway, BP......or indeed one of the multitude of other 'tin pot', underfunded Aim stocks.
BPC, at this juncture, presents one of those aforementioned Opportunities, imo.
Accepting the usual caveats with stocks, the main point I was emphasising was the timing of any profit taking, current levels viewed as a fraction of what we can reasonably expect at other key milestones and importantly pre & post, actual drill results.
I'll may take something off the table to cover my principal amount invested, but certainly much further down the line and to preserve maximum retention within the investment, after the aforementioned principal amount removal.
I'm buying into what Etyan stated (and underpinned by the geology and my own experiences in the market) - 'a penny here or there will be inconsequential to the Upside we can expect' - again, accepting usual caveats etc.

We want to be in at the beginning of another Dana Petroleum!
Bonum
I’ve never done this before so please forgive me folks but I only have one other AIM type stock..
HYSR - Hypersolar. US PINK SLIP stock.
Been in for 10 years. Think it’s about to blast off and cud be another BPC potential but high risk.

My son who is an investment manager only buys stock that he thinks will be there in 50 years time.
He’s read WB cover to cover!
He’s up 57% over the last year.
I don’t know why I bother - should give him all the dosh.
Then again what fun would there be in that?
IK
Let's see who the daddy is at the end of the year.
Thanks IK, just focusing on UK listed stocks atm and not overly keen on the alt energy sector at this juncture, albeit certainly not discounting it.
I really do think we have what it takes to have that Dana Peteoleum type rise here and with the sheer size of potential resources targeted.
I know lots of other potential stocks abound but just focusing on BPC atm and with the volume of Newsflow due in the coming few days.

Pr0 you must have been in SHG a while as they have not been anywhere near 4p in the last year. Done well from 4p. Have added it to the fantasy share portfolio with the usual fantasy £1k at current ask price of 12.75pps
Bryn
Any chance putting HYSR IN THE FANTASY LEAGUE just for fun?
Then you can all take the Mickey out of me when it flops.
Last price was 0.0076 cents.
Its not listed on here being a US OTC share but will stick it down on paper and see how it goes. I used to have a programme which I did back in the early 2010's just on OTC and on paper was a millionaire but the reality was I was new to the game and too frightened to touch the OTC market.
IK - I have a word doc created with details on. Currently minus £50 (did not see the point of creating it in $) £1000 bought 12.5 million if I read it right and it was .008 to buy. Very odd looking at the trades though - as one through for 85 shares ??
like 68 cents!!
Bryn
Don’t worry mate if it’s a pain to do - only a bit of fun.
If you are determined then we need:-
£1000 @ 1.3 GBP/USD rate @0.008 cents = 162500 shares.
FYI
I’ve been in this for 10 years just like BPC!
I’ve effectively created my own hedge fund!!!
They are producing Hydrogen from any form of water -seawater/brackish/waste -using solar energy panels.
The science is done and they are building a pilot plant to evidence the process for potential clients.
Completion is scheduled for late Spring.
Their target market initially is fulfilment sites like Amazon where forklift trucks etc require energy so they will be building plant next to such sites.
Ironically if they succeed they will become a BPC competitor as they reckon they can replace the current brown/dirty/carbon hydrogen production processes.
If it works this will be the biggest thing since sliced bread!
It will replace oil as a fuel although we obviously know oil will always be needed for synthetics etc.
The only by product of the process is CLEAN water. Imagine that in hot countries using seawater.
Anyway don’t waste too much of your valuable time as I would prefer you concentrate your little grey cells on our current imminent project to ensure we win win win @BPC.
Thanks for the effort.
Cheers mate.

How do you buy those HYSR shares from the UK? I have a Hargreaves lansdown or share.com accounts?
Hiya mate - matters not which currency it is recorded as - it will be the percentage increases/decreases that counts. 100 cents in the dollar, euro etc.
Hi Glide
Not easy.
Because they are “pink” slip” I.e. OTC. they are not dealt by some brokers.
It is a case of asking around - probably an American broker best bet if yours won’t do it.
I hold several million shares through Saxo. But bought them many years ago and can only “close” the position as rules we’re tightened a few years back.
I intend to hold because if this produces commercially by 1/2 year end then we are IMHO talking a new Amazon/Microsoft/Intel.
May be try Charles Schwab.
