lol draft. Im the Mm’s weapon. They use me to come onto BB’s when they want to encourage sells and get cheap shares
mr calm - when did you arrive - this is bound to go wrong now innit mate. FLIP. oh f u k
Theres been trading updates on feb 10. Im guessing next week
they got close to getting the preferred ceo. there's 1 guy they really want. think if ceo news comes next should be a nice move up.
Agree that’s extremely promising and worth taking a punt in. Big question for me though is whether it’s actually true. But if it is, and the business has grown further since, and there’s no surprise acquisitions/write downs announced with the next update that by coincidence wipe out any profits, then this will surely have a very significant rise. With such a low mcap it’s quite possible full year revenue and even gross profit could exceed it. An outside chance actual profit could also be close to the current mcap if the business has really pushed on since the last update.
Boxhill's payments division has a very healthy sale pipeline with a number of significant transactions in progress which are expected to close in the coming few weeks which will yield revenues well in excess of the entire business H1 revenues. Finally, the company is pleased to announce that all historical legal matters have successfully been bought to a close.
I'm back in. box won't need to do much to get uplift from this level as long as they don't announce a big mess
The SP has fallen to such a low level that minuscule price changes represent a huge percentage change. Its just down 2 one hundredths of a penny, but that's 20% at these prices!
Likewise ,all we need now is a trading update.GLA
Up 40% on Monday and down 20% today. Classic aim volotility
Another 2m shares - mad not to at this price imho.
Whoa !??
With over 30 mill buys the other day says that something quite likely to make this price rise, and with trading statement imminent !!!
Trading statement tomorrow then. Surprised this isn’t flying ! It was the 10th last year.
I spoke to someone at BOX and he said a trading statement would be issued quite soon after year end,
A positive trading update would be good, and last year we had one in feb following the end of year. As much as I think one should be made, I wouldn’t be entirely surprised if we have to wait for the audited end of year accounts to find out what’s been going on. Supposedly the H1 revenues expected were delayed and were going to roll into H2. Huge potential here, but only if what they have said in the last few RNSs is actually happening. I’m not sure, but holding to find out with fingers crossed!
I'm looking forward to a positive, or at least factual, trading update which may steady the nerves of certain traders with their jittery fingers on the "sell" button. Why sell at this point in time (when news is imminent) or indeed at these ultra-low prices? A lot of work has gone into beefing up Boxhill's performance capability in recent months, so by rights the sp should be heading north once the improved software starts paying off.
the Timegrand boys ended up getting the lions share of BOX but notrepresented on the board Boxhill said it paid GBP1.0 million for Timegrand, satisfied by the issue of 5.0 million new shares at 0.2 pence each to vendors Empire Global Management Ltd. The issued share will amount to 21% of the enlarged share capital. Shares in Boxhill were up 18% at 0.154p Monday afternoon. Boxhill noted Timegrand has no trading record, but holds a 10-year licence to use an advance payment gateway software system will improve turnaround times for administration and reconciliation activities, as well as internal reporting capabilities.
Empire Global Management Limited Who owns this company?
Box shares have had 2 short sharp spike rises in the last few weeks. A few big buys and then it seems momentum traders jump in hoping something big will happen, cuase a decent rise and then 2 days later the same traders sell at a loss. Strange game... Trading update this month needs to be a good one. HVTS sound great in the RNS but we need to see they have started to be processed and the huge potential here start to unwind. Only then will this get back to previous highs of spot 45
Was 0.4p range the last time I looked in what happened?
Yes big percentage rise, but actually only a small price rise to recover back to recent levels. Perhaps some anticipation of a trading update coming soon following the end of year on 31st Jan? I've all but written this one off, and after the past couple of years getting back my original investment would be a result here. But who knows, a trading update may give some great news that money is actually coming in from payments processing at long last.
The vendor of Timegrand is Empire Global Management Limited ("Empire"), a company incorporated in Dubai, which has been granted licensing rights by WPJ Services ApS, a company incorporated in Denmark that created the WPJ Services Control Center software. Empire has entered into an agreement with the Company to not sell or encumber any of the Consideration Shares for a period of 12 months without the agreement of the Company (subject to exceptions equivalent to those set out in Rule 7 of the AIM Rules for Companies). Empire is owned by a number of shareholders, none of whom would constitute a Person with Significant Control (as defined in the Small Business Enterprise and Employment Act 2015) if it were a UK registered company
Timegrand acqusition paid for with shares to Empire global. (Dubai)
is Empire Global Management Ltd with 500m shares-21.22%. not a UK company. Any ideas who they are?
