agreed.
All the negative stuff out of the way IMO.
Hopefully now for some TR1s and RTO RNS at some point.....
I haven't... Looks like all matters concluded now...
Whoever sells now are completed deluded and not seeing the real picture, hold on to all of your shares don't give them away on the cheap
30 now !!!!

Jace, true.
Mk1234 - if everyone has kept their company percentage holdings the same there won't be a need for one...
TR1s come when they come. That's not an issue.
What's worrying me is the lack of TR1'S
Rns That's all the problems now fixed.
More shares.
He certainly would have been able to in the OO. Likely has about 1.5bn at present...
Rns - placing
Jace is right I believe. With that, their interests are aligned forcefully with us. Note how, Antos Glogowski picked up 758,000,000 shares without anyone noticing. Keep selling your bars of Gold, but wait, if Antos was on board with full knowledge of what's to come, would he still be able to buy like he did before. Waiting for that TR1. PH are free and may in reality be on this boat with us taking into account those warrants. Full steam ahead.
Now with having the warrants though they should be taking them and going for it along with the rest of us. Seems some have their shares as one or two sells have crept in...
Seeing as the bod have been set on upsetting the sp on the last 2 occasions, i wouldn't be surprised if they try again to get ANTOS his cheap shares. So what might they do to achieve this that would male investors livid, any answers would be welcome.
My own theory would be on these lines...they simply delay an RTO in an RNS saying, "We are still actively seeking a partner for the purpose of a cash shell, in prudent haste for the purpose of RTO, however this is proving difficult at this time. We will inform the market of further developments"
(Knowing full well that they have a definite candidate for RTO, it is my opinion that they will try to spook the market with one more throw of the dice to get the sp lower. I say this to prepare us for the machinations of this 'skanky' BoD, that ARE capable of anything?...imo of course)

And the ISA account has the basic OO, PLUS the placeholder for the excess has been changed to a number approx 90% of what I asked for - which isn't bad!
update - my Trading account now has the shares in it. My ISA (which had my excess application) is currently still waiting for the placeholders to turn into shares! So todays graph may not be as depressing as I thought!
II said on the OO that "proceeds may take up to 10 days" - I didn't pay attention to it at the time, but suspect now that this may mean up to 10 days for the shares to hit the account. Which is fine, just currently making my daily P/L graph look rubbish as the cash has gone but I haven't got the shares yet!
MadChatter theres a reason to answer the trolls and not filter them. At times theres a reason to ignore them. Personally, regarding the open offer shares, everyone calm down, you all saw how long it took different brokers to take your funds, give it by the end of next week. If there is excess to go around they will likely tie themselves trying to allocate it. Frankly I hope they make a mistake and give me more than I asked for. BOU is what we are here for. Take a good look at BIDS, was a cash shell, then even got suspended and has returned with unbelievable promise. BOU is next, suspension is very unlikely with the activity we have had here. RTO announcement is imminent imo
I would say the last 5 or so posters who don't want to talk to the major pain is suggest we all just filter together now and start sensible discussions. As I will be doing now

Excellent you even refused to reply to my post this morning where I said I was close to the action. Well done, for not going "On Topic." as that would go against your objectives. I am going to start recommending your posts and if you are for it we can sit here all weekend writing non related stuff to each other. I may even get a couple of good posters to play along. I am so pleased I can see you seriously do have BOU on your radar despite what you are making others believe.

In the words of Robert De Niro "you are good! no you are good! NO REALLY YOU ARE GOOD."
I know what you are doing, but I will step off and let you continue. The clue is at least one person today has highlighted what is happening, and I really do not want to spoil it. Your posts are actually working in our favour LOL.
Oh, I see another burned good samaritan who doesn't accept that we are all responsible for our own finger on the buy button. *sigh*
