I wonder how many shares are sat languishing in various ISA's, SIPPs and investment accounts that pi's have forgotten about ? Will they notice what is unfolding or simply not be aware and fail to vote.
A couple of years back someone on here reckoned he knew who most of the large private holders were, a number of the prolific posters back then when we went into suspension have been silent so far.
Is it worth totting up the number of shares held and how PI's have voted, we know that Mr Glogoski has put his 15.85% in favour?
Thanks Cymru. I haven’t received anything in the post yet, but I thought that I had opted for everything by email. I will wait until tomorrow and if nothing received, then I will call them.

For those with Halifax I recieve my corporate actions via the post to sign and return but you have to request to be notified.
I recieved my Bould resolutions today for signing and returning which need to be recieved at Halifax on or before 7th may otherwise the votes will not be processed in time for the AGM. A yes to all from me
I do not care what my average price is, all I know is come 8.00AM 14th May, my shareholding will again have a VALUE, assuming there is no last minute snag.
Damn you Sky. Thought I had the highest average!!!!! ATB
Don't know about others, but I made about £5k out of photonstar prior to name change and suspension,so even if i'm down £1k on 're-entry',won't have done too badly.Still doesn't compensate though for the valid points in neil's e-mail to bod.
3012038 shares divided by 500 with no remainder gives you 6024 new shares. You paid according to my maths 9940.79 based on the average you gave. So that means you new "Average" will be just about 60.5 pence
Can someone please help me I have 3.012.038 and I paid 3.03p back in the days when it was pal so after the consolidation what will my average be thank you in advance
Thanks Ortus.
Fantastic question Neil!
I think that summarises my only problem with the transaction very well.
I honestly hope we are missing something. I totally agree we should have been given the ability to lower our average.
We effectively paid for the BOD for 19 months with significant risk.
I too have just voted to ACCEPT all resolutions.
Aspen
who is responsible for setting the opening price ? and could BOD divulge what that price could be during Q&A's next week?
Thanks Neil

This is the question i submitted:
I, and fellow shareholders welcome the long awaited proposed RTO.
However, we feel that we have not been recognised.
We have supported the proposals and funding of Bould Opportunities prior to suspension, and subsequent de-listing, and have had our money tied up for 19 months. We now find that upon re- listing, the value of our investment has been significantly (for most) reduced. This was to be expected to a point in all honesty, but the issue we have is that anyone buying shares on day 1 of listing will be buying at a much lower price than we did, and will probably sell immediately on a rise.
Whilst i recognise the reason for a placing to achieve a fast capital injection, why did the board not give us, the very people that kept this company alive, a chance to participate in an open offer? This would have at least given us the opportunity to reduce our average price, and made it a little fairer.
Best regards
Neil
JHolder - your average price is the effective price you have paid for your holding - if you purchased on multiple occassions, it will be nothing like a share price ever - but even if you didn't it would be the price you paid at the time you bought them - which may never have been reflected in any index - especially as it will have been during the day, not at the end of the day.
Prompt reply from HL this morning that clears it up.
Dear Mr lovelyboy
Thank you for your enquiry.
I can confirm we appoint the chairman as proxy to place the vote. There is no default response, we only submit the votes we receive for or against.
If you have any further queries please let me know.
Kind regards

I think the vast majority of us have broken even or lost some money. I don't think anyone has made money.
However, the 10p price does NOT mean the price we will be at the end of the first day of trading.
I hope somebody has submitted a question to get answers on this and where shareholder value comes from after two years of being locked out and a lot of risk.
Just having a look, first time in a long time.
My average seems to be 0.0037p and it seems to work out with number of shares held and cost of shares.
I can’t see that they were at this price at any time however.
Im guessing I'm working something out wrong?
Evening all. I'm in. Voted in favour on both my HL accounts.
Word of caution - I've been here before many moons ago with SXX and more recently with EUA. Voting via nominee accounts can be a hit and miss affair. This article is a good read:-
https://www.sharesoc.org/investor-academy/advanced-topics/nominee-accounts/
I recently asked HL what the voting mechanism was for the upcoming EUA corporate action and they confirmed it was the proxy by chairman method. No reason to suspect BOU is different but I've emailed HL to verify. Will let you know their reply.
Those with other nominees may want to check for themselves. Not that you can influence it , but at least you know it's being done properly.

Voted in favour, and submitted my question for the webinar
Neil
Added my vote in favour too....
HL vote stated consolidation and name change.
dazlar39 - that was the AGM. I too am waiting to vote on the RTO, which is separate from the AGM
There's been no mention of an RTO to vote for.....there were 3 questions.
Thanks for the answers, they both make sense!
