Let's keep the positive and informative posts coming, there is a Q & A webinar on the 6th May, so let's start thinking about what questions to ask.

I notice from the prospectus that Allan Syms will work 3 days per week as Chief Exec, but Professor Cleverley is only contracted as a NED for 20 days per year.
Does this indicate that the clinical design is pretty much complete and that Allan Syms role will be to obtain the relevant approvals with input from Prof Cleverley as required ?
I will put this forward as a question for the webinar
Only just checked this chat today. Wow can’t believe there’s light at the end of the tunnel.
Actually ignore that - there is much better summary on Page 128 of the prospectus. Sorry can't cut and paste.

Just been researching the patents. Cizzle appears to have two granted...one European and one US!
plus another that looks like it still at application stage.
https://patents.google.com/patent/EP1570268B1/de29
One interesting extract:-
"The present invention further relates to compositions, methods of making said compositions and methods of using the
same, including use in the treatment and diagnosis of cancer, including lung, lymphoma, liver, thyroid and bladder cancer.
Compositions of the present invention useful in the treatment of cancer include anti-sense and small inhibitory RNAs"
To be honest I'm getting a warm feeling about this now.

Lets all remember that 10p was the placement price, lets see what the mms see the go live price at, if we had started with a fat profit would we not all of sold straight away causing it to crash, I emphasise here that i am not inferring any conspiratorial mass hold, however coming back at near our suspension price has triggered my hold decision in the hope others feel the same way, thus causing upward movement and us finally, slowly and with stability reaching our well deserved fat profit.
Hopefully the ii/s are not quick flippers and with some early p.r in such a hot sector within a sector (streamlining and saving money/lives in healthcare) plus we have a patent too. I can see several the silver linings here.
"Can anyone imagine just how big the market would be for both Prostrate and Breast cancer detection alone!"
Consider this.....
Consultant led referrals for treatment (not ALL cancer i hasten to add) -
Patients waiting over 18 weeks is currently 1,750,000
Patients waiting over 52 weeks is currently 390,000
Total patients on waiting list is currently 4,600,000
Patients on waiting list over 52 weeks is now at a 240 fold increase on 12 months ago mainly as a result of reduced operations because of the pandemic, and is now at a 14 year high.
Chest CT scan costs £400
Breast CT scan costs £600
our test using Cizzle costs approx. £200
The saving to the NHS amounts to approx £62.3 million over 2 years!
And frees up CT scanners for other needs.
Does it get any better?

My decision is one of the following :
i/ If it tanks....buy
ii/If it flies....sell
or
iii/ If it flies ...smile and hold
There seems to be a more calmer and informative chat board today as opposed to yesterday, where there was a lot of knee jerk reaction to the prospectus. I will be voting to ACCEPT the terms of the RTO. I can understand why some are frustrated and say I will be down X% on the opening bell, but just think where you are now, we are all down 100%, so we can only improve our position. If our test can be applied to other cancer's, that will surely gain a great deal of interest, perhaps this is the bigger picture and where the potential is. To vote NO and prevent CIZ from development and to stop it even before it got started in my opinion would be criminal.
I think the only gripe long twrmers have is that on relist a new investor will get a better price than for someone who held before suspension........... Which I can correlate to,,, but until we get the start up price noone knows yet...... Let's see if the bod do have long term investors at heart..... Only time will tell!!
A question was asked as to can liquid biopsy be used in other cancer detection. The answer is yes. Colon, Breast, Prostate, Gall etc.Neil
Can anyone imagine just how big the market would be for both Prostrate and Breast cancer detection alone!
My take on this was that the money was lost, so I will keep that mind set for at least 3 months and see which direction we are heading in after that.
I hope you are right, but having read the posts on here and the Telegram group it feels like many people are disappointed they will not become instant millionaires.......!
Many may try and sell to recoup what they can which as I have stated would be madness and rather self fulfilling in terms of losses.
The more I look into this the happier I am, we don't have full details as yet, but if there is a product which is close to commercialisation then we are onto a real winner.
Remember of course that some members of the BOD are well versed in this arena, far more so than any of us I imagine, they see an opportunity and, despite what some people post here, have likely been working pretty hard on this for a long time, it will be important to them too.
All over these BB you see investors make disparaging comments regarding Directors, sometimes I wonder just what some of those Directors think of the people who are invested........! Sat at home on their computers making a few trades and then expecting immediate riches, if only life were that simple and money that easy to come by.
IMO nobody will be selling at the start well I won't. After so long selling at lost no fkn chance!
Bear in mind that at least 95% of shareholders will have an average over 10p imo. So a mass sell off on open would be short lived.

Of course you have a right to an opinion, as do I.
FYI I am not one to always 'accept what is presented' - and I actually believe this could be a good investment.
I invested a while ago in an LED lighting business with a chance to RTO, I will now be invested in a leading edge cancer testing business with a far greater opportunity to gain value and I am pretty happy about that actually.
I have 30m shares with an average of 0.000186 having taken up the offer of additional shares at a discount so am perhaps in a slightly better position than some, I do appreciate that also. As I said many people will likely sell on day 1 which is a shame, as it will become rather self fulfilling as others get spooked and sell too, I will definitely ride any drop out, a few weeks ago we had all written this off pretty much anyway.
In terms of AG, he already has what he wanted, I imagine this is merely a nice little bonus as far as he is concerned.
In terms of another deal, I think you need to be more realistic, vote this down and you will lose everything, that would be absolute madness IMO.
If it all goes pear shaped then I only have myself to blame, it was my choice, but bad mouthing the BOD is not my way, I would feel and look like a real plonker if this share ultimately does very well which IMO it will. I don't understand why people believe they have a right to riches because they have waited this long and bemoaning the fact others can get in cheaply. I hope others do see value here and start to invest, that is how the SP will move north.
Rob that's the issue. If I liked new company I could jump on relist and that would be even better. IMO this company has a mind blowing potential but to be f.... at the beginning it's disgusting. That little old p... told me not to sell before suspension you should be ashamed!! You clown!!
Well said Neil
My only gripe is I’ll be disappointed if one day one an investor gets the same reward as us. That’s where it hurts. We could have watched on the sideline with no money locked up and invested on day one of relisting.
Might be disappointing just now but this has legs.

I agree with both Neil and Mark.
I’m grateful for such a great transaction. However, until we see the opening price we don’t know what our reward is for the last 2 years.
I’m looking forward to the call to see all the cyber warriors choke up and not say a dicky bird.
Neil so after 19 months I will be down 40-50%ish at the beginning and anybody who haven’t been locked have better start than me?! Do you really think it’s all good? I should thank these parasites? They sucked most of the money and I agree with one thing that there is no chance to start all over again. Bunch of clown should be banned forever to do such a transaction!
Excellent post as ever Neilin. Keeping positive is I believe the catalyst for a better life.

At the risk of upsetting some people (which is not the intention i assure you) There is no chance of starting again and getting a better deal. The costs of an abortive result of a no vote, would leave us with little if any money to start again. Even if we could, do you really want to start this process all over again? I cannot understand the statements that the BOD have shafted us. On what basis is that assumption? That they haven't found us a company that will give us £1 a share on day one? 18 months or so ago, we were all but bust. They were tasked with getting us into a company that has prospects of giving shareholders the best return they could. I believe they have. OK it may take time, but what was the alternative? A lot of you had resigned yourselves to the fact that we were not going to come back to market, and you accepted that you lost all your money. Well we are coming back, and you haven't lost your money. You may make a loss, you may make a fortune. That is what this trading shares is all about. I see comments that state " i have lost so much" i will be so down" etc. How do you know? We haven't resumed trading yet. You can't possibly know if the opening price will be up down or what., so those comments are not yet valid. i,m not saying i am happy with the long wait, but i am happy that we haven't gone T**TS up and there is now possibility of a return. The market we are entering is a huge one and if we get it right and prove commerciality of the products, who is to say that the big players in this sector don't come long and take us over? They want small companies like us to develop the process, and then when they see it is a success, they want it.A question was asked as to can liquid biopsy be used in other cancer detection. The answer is yes. Colon, Breast, Prostate, Gall etc.Neil
We live in a fast moving digital age. It is sometimes easy to forget that there are others, through no fault of their own, who are struggling with the basics to feed or keep warm.
I invested here in the hope of a return to allow me more free time to assist my elderly parents.
My only ask is that please reflect on your investments and not only focus on your wants, material or otherwise, but take "stock" and help others too.
